I will try to update this book again today! I still don't have access to a computer, so thank you for being patient with me!

Nathan

I shoot the man who is charging me from the front and race down the hall. As I go, I kick down the doors and look through every room. I ignore the doors that are already kicked open, knowing that my brothers must have searched through those ones.

Slamming into the kitchen, I bang open all the cabinets and check the pantry and walk-in freezer to make sure that they are empty of people. A man charges out, a knife in hand as he tries to attack me.

Whipping my gun down, I slam it on the man's head. He crumples to the ground as I run. Turning, I trace toward the entrance of the complex. I burst out of the building and dive into the van.

"You're the last one," North announces as I close the door and he peels out of the place.

The van races down the road as we put distance between us and the building. Victor's fingers fly over the keyboard as he deleted the video footage from the building and updates Wil.

We have been going to every single complex owned by Kaiden Hendricks, hoping to find Sang at one of them. Wil and Victor tried to track her but were unable to so we are forced to search for her the old-fashioned way. Searching each place one by one.

"Hey, if I found Sang, would you want to know?" Luke asks, looking up from a burner phone.

"What?!" North roars.

"You found Aggele Mou?!" Silas exclaims.

"Where is she?" Owen asks, adjusting a tie that is not there.

"She better fucking be alright!" Gabriel shouts.

"If I tell you, I won't get in trouble, right?" Luke says nervously.

"Correct..." Owen answers hesitantly.

"Oh, good! You know how were supposed to be off the grid? Well, I told Uncle and he found Ghost Bird. She's at his restaurant right now with a gang member that Uncle calls "That crazy girl." Sang is in Charleston, " Luke announces.

What?

After all this time?

She is back where we started?

"Turn this van around!" Sean yells.

Kota continues, "We're getting her! Now!"

Not waiting at all, North spins the van around in a tight turn. Even faster than before, we barrel down the road.

"Luke! Toss me your phone!" I order.

"Oy! And then give it to me!" Gabriel cries.

Luke lobs it to me and I snatch it out of the air. Flipping it open, I see her.

A picture of Sang.

She is dressed in all white and looks healthier than the last photo I saw of her. Sang is standing next to a girl with a dangerous smile who is dressed in all black. Sang looks scared, but she doesn't look scared of the girl next to her. Unable to bear looking at her any longer, I shove the phone into Gabriel's hands.

At least she is safe.

But I can't help but be scared for her. She is in the hands of Kaiden Hendricks. If she is Charleston, that means she is staying in the most fortified complex in the world. There will be no breaking into that place. At least she is with Kaiden and not his father, a man who simply went by Mr.Hendricks. He worked with McCoy, another man that was pure evil. Kaiden killed them both and took over their empires, combining them into the largest and most feared gang in the world.

Kaiden's gang, the Wolves, is unlike most gangs. It does not sell drugs, it deals with weapons and soldiers. They are more of an illegal mercenary army. They kill those in their way, they kill those they are paid to, and they kill those they feel like. However, they are as thick as thieves and will never kill their own kind. They don't pay any attention to the law, they steal and murder and do whatever the hell they feel like.

Is it bad that I hope Sang has joined them? That way, she will be safe at least.

All I want is to make sure that she is safe. This bird has been through for more than I imagined. I can't stand the thought that she might still be suffering. I need to keep her safe. I need to make sure that she will never be hurt again. She has already been through far more than anyone should. I don't care that she is a pretty and young girl, treating anyone this way is terrible. If she were ugly or old or male, it still wouldn't matter. Humans should not be treated this way and they shouldn't treat each other that way. I don't know what was going through her mother's head every time she beat her or made her kneel in glass or abused her in any way. I don't know what was going through my father's head when he punched me, when he beat me. All I know is that it isn't okay. This treatment of others is unacceptable.

I will bring Sang to safety and I will keep her safe. She will never be hurt again, as long as I can help it.
