"Y/N, we-we need to talk." FP stuttered after you came in from your shift at the Whyte Wyrm.

"Are the kids okay? Where's Ruby?" You asked him, suddenly feeling panicked that something bad had happened to either of them.

"Jughead's at Betty's and Toni's babysitting Ruby for the night." He told you.

"And you couldn't because?" Now you were confused.

"Dammit Y/N, just listen to me." He got up and paced the room. You suddenly felt a lump forming in your throat.

"Alice stopped by earlier today." He muttered.

"Speak up FP, if I've gotta shut up you've got to speak a little louder. You're not the only one who can raise their voice." You reminded him.

"We slept together in high school." You nodded, knowing they were sort of like friends with benefits back in the day. It was before you had even gotten the chance to talk to him.

"She had my baby." That was the last thing you wanted to hear. Your heart began beating fast. Faster then it had ever been.

"She had my baby, she didn't tell me she was pregnant. The baby was put up for adoption and she went looking for him. He's dead." It was all way to overwhelming for you to take in.

"Are you going to say something Y/N?" He carried on.

"What the hell am I meant to say? Congratulations?" You asked, pinching the bridge of your nose.

"Cut the damn attitude Y/N. I have another kid. I had another kid should I say." You shook your head.

"I don't even know what to say right now." You sighed.

"Some reassurance would sure as hell be helpful? Maybe some comfort because after all, I lost a kid!" He shouted and from then, you knew an argument was ready to break out.

"I've lost kids too FP! I've lost three if we're doing the math. I don't understand why your actions are now my fault. Why are you shouting at me?" You snapped back.

"Inconsiderate bitch." He muttered.

"I'm sure Alice isn't that is she? You probably should've married her, had another baby with her. Actually, why don't I call her, you can go start a new life with her while I stay back and look after the kids you can't even look after on your own." You threw your hands up in the air in frustration and walked away.

"Don't say that." He groaned, following after you.

"Why don't I leave instead? Take Ruby and Jug with me? Give you some alone time with queen bitch of the north side?" You shouted.

"Y/N stop!" He shouted even louder then he did before and you stopped what you were doing.

"I don't want you to leave." He grabbed your hand.

"We need a serious conversation FP. Not every conversation needs to end like this. I'm too tired to deal with it." You told him and he let go of you.

"I shouldn't have got angry, but I just wanted sympathy." You shook your head at him.

"You're unbelievable. Screw you." You went into the bathroom and quickly locked it.

"You can't stay in there forever Y/N." FP told you and you shook your head. He was drunk. Anyone could've guessed that. You sat on the side of the bathtub. Yeah you felt terrible, but him shouting at you made him the bad person. After an hour, the sound of the front door opened.

"Mommy, where are you?" Ruby called out. You wiped away your tears and left the bathroom.

"Mommy." She screeched, running into your arms. You held her tightly, not wanting anymore tears to fall from your eyes.

"Thanks for bringing her back Toni." You heard FP say. You lifted Ruby up and took her into your bedroom, where she gladly went to your side of the bed and laid down.

"Wanna stay in with momma tonight?" You asked her and she nodded.

"Daddy?" She questioned back and you thought she meant why isn't FP sleeping in with you but turns out he was at the doorframe.

"Can we pretend earlier never happened?" Silent treatment was your specialty.

"Y/N please." He begged and you hummed in response, barging past him and into Ruby's room where you could grab her some PJ's.

"If you're not gonna talk just listen, I was angry. I was so damn angry that she never told me. I don't want her, I only want you. I've got you, Jug, Jellybean and Ruby left, I can't lost anyone else." He told you. You let out a sigh and practically fell into his arms.

"Aw." Ruby grinned at her parents who were hugging in her room.

"Hey, how long have you been standing there?" FP chuckled, picking his daughter up.

"Some seconds." She laughed.

"I love you." FP told you both.

"We love you too."
