Accepting Him

Furu was now in a space of glass shards. He could feel this was like to be in a weapon form. He could feel Karan gripping onto him gently.

Karan always preferred to use batons as his weapon of choice before a katana. Seeing that Furu turning into a really cool scythe was a surprise as his previous Regalia turned into a knife, not that he liked it when using for battle.

He leaped from his spot and headed towards the dark creature trying to swallow up to the two Mobians. A quick slash was all he needed to distract the monster. The quick slash eventually turned into a fatal wound for the monster.

'Is he this strong? I'm surprised.' Karan looked at his weapon.

Furu just looked relaxed. He had hardly moved a muscle in the space he was trapped in. He never knew that he as a weapon could possess so much strength.

The creature had its mouth wide open, wanting to swallow Karan along with the two Mobians behind him.

"You're wide open, dummy."

The creature was killed in several clever flicks of the scythe.

"Revert, Seki." The weapon glowed, and the Jackal squad leader appeared next to him.

"You alright?"

"Yeah."

"I should say congrats on being a Ki clan Regalia?"

The boys were now heading back to Karen's home. He thought that even though Sonic and Gadget has accepted him, he still need to introduce Furu to the rest of his relatives and Regalias.

"I think some of them won't mind you, I'm only worried about a few."

"Let me guess...Shadow and Silver, especially?" said Sonic.

"Those two are Regalias?" Furu asked.

"Yup. They are my Oni-san's Regalias. Both of them and Sonic are considered to be our clan's strongest as well."

"Oh great."

"Don't worry. I'll make sure they will accept you. Though it may take some time." Karan scarched his head. "I'm not too sure about Shadow though."

"Maybe I can help to convince him as well." Sonic suggested.

"By getting into a fight?"

"Um..."

"If your way doesn't help, maybe I can try to convince him as well." Gadget said.

"Or I can make full use of my 'authority' as a Ki clan member." Karan smirked. "He respects me after all."

"I don't think Lord Kenneth like this." Sonic commented.

"Well, they better accept you first." Karan show them an evil smirk. "Or I'll knock some sense into them first."

They were back in Mobius which were almost torn down by the war. Furu looked around the place, somehow in guilt. This was the place were he finished off a team of Resistance members, and this was the place where he met Gadget,defeated and captured Sonic.

They finally reached Karan's house. It was a nice traditional Japanese styled house, with a pond in the middle of the yard. There was a vegetable and herb garden surrounding the house, along with an old ginko tree. It was a nice atmosphere in the middle of a battlefield.

"Guys! I'm back!" Karan called out. Furu thought to wait outside first.

"Welcome back. You are early." A girl who looked just like him came to him. She is Katelyn, Karen's younger sister.

"Yeah. Where's Oni-san and the others?"

"They decided to head back to their respective cities." a spectacled boy with jet black hair with light green eyes replied. He is Samuel, Karen's younger brother.

"Oh..."

"Why ask though?"

"I just want to introduce someone."

"Who? Oh, hey Sonic!" Katelyn waved to the blue hedgehog.

"Yo Lady Katelyn, Lord Samuel." Sonic replied.

"Anyways, he is the one I want to introduce." Karam went out and pulled Furu in.

"He looks familiar, though..." Another boy, Skyler came into the living room. He looked just like Samuel, only that his black hair was longer and didn't wear spectacles.

"Is it me, or does he looked like Infinite?" Kieran, Karen's elder twin approached Furu. Like Skyler, he was the exact copy of Karan, only that he had shorter hair.

"Well, he actually is."

Karan looked at Sonic who answered Kieran's question. He was glaring at Sonic, as if he did something wrong.

"WHAT!!!!"

It took nearly half an hour for Karan to explain the whole situation to his siblings. Furu just stood next to his Master the whole time while the others kept exchanging looks with him.

"So that's that. If you got any problem with him then come at me."

"Wha...of course not, Oni-chan!" Katelyn this time approached Furu and patted him. "As long he is willing to change then that's fine with us."

"What about the others? You know, our other siblings who will comment about this..." Samuel asked.

"That's not mine or his problem. They got a problem with him, deal with it." Karan responded.

"Okay. But anyways, welcome to the Ki clan, Infi... Oh, I mean Furu!" Kieran went over and patted the new Regalia. The other siblings did the same thing.

"Um...thank you."

"We need to introduce you to our own Regalias. Sonic, can you do it?"

"Okay! Come, Furu. This way!"
