Chapter 43

Jae Eun's POV

Today is the another day of work. Today is not as busy as yesterday. While working, I saw the mysterious guy again.

"Yah, don't you think that man is a little bit creepy?" Daniel asked, noticing the man too.

"Welp, yes but I kinda have a feeling that I know him." I answered honestly.

"Why do you have a feeling that you know him?" He asked, feeling curious.

"I don't know, from his voice I guess." I said, shrugging my shoulders.

"He's been sitting here for god knows how long and has been staring at you." Daniel said, a bit creeped out.

"Yeah, why not when he call for waiter, you serve him? And see his reaction." I suggest.

"Erm, will that be fine?" He asked.

"Of course, it's our job." I said and laugh at his question.

Right just after our conversation, the mysterious guy called out for a waiter.

"Here, go. Everything will be fine." I said to Daniel and chuckled at his reaction.

"Excuse me, waiter!" The guy shouted, annoyed.

Daniel quickly head towards the annoyed man while I watch Daniel.

Daniel just stood there and the mysterious man said a few words to him. Daniel nodded his head and head towards my direction.

"I tried. He said he only wants you to serve him." Daniel said and pushed me towards him.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yes, that's what he said to me." Daniel comfirmed and pushed me towards him.

"Excuse me!" The guy shouted.

I quickly head towards him as customer always come first.

"Good morning sir, what would you like to have?" I asked with a polite smile.

"I would like to have....you." The man said and whisper the last part. Obviously I heard him as today there's not many customers here.

I cleared my throat awkwardly, waiting for him to place his order.

"I would like to have a slice of cheesecake and a hot cappuccino." He said and smile slightly.

No, it can't be him. Even the smile looks alike.

"Okay, a slice of cheesecake and a hot cappuccino. Is that all?" I asked, noting it down on my notepad.

"Yes." He answered and stared at me.

"Okay, please wait while we prepare." I said and smile.

"No, I only want you to prepare my order for me." He said.

Damn he's smooth af.

"Erm...please wait." I said, awkward and head back towards the counter.

"So what did he say? You were standing there for quite long." Daniel asked me the moment I step into the counter.

"He want a slice of cheesecake and a hot cappuccino. But he said that he only wants me to prepare his order." I said and sigh.

"I think he's your secret admirer." Daniel said and laughed.

"Hey, it's not funny okay." I huffed and give him a slap on the muscular arm. I winced at the impact.

"Faster go prepare his order. He's staring at us." Daniel said while pushing me to prepare his order.

What's with him pushing me around today-.-

I started preparing his order as Daniel is just watching me from beside and the man burning stare on my back.

After done preparing, I place his order on the tray and headed towards his table.

I place the cappuccino and the cheesecake on his table.

"Here's your order sir, have a pleasant eating." I said with a smile. I was about to walk away when I heard his voice.

"Jae Eun ah..."
