The room was silent, the others had instructed Jungkook to look over Jimin while they get food, Jungkook couldn't help but to be awkward at their current position.

"How are you feeling?"

There was a long pause before Jimin decided to answer the younger boy, "I'm fine." He simply answered and the tension between them was suffocating Jungkook.

"Hyung? Can I ask you something?"

Jimin nodded as he didn't bother to look at Jungkook in the eye, "Are you just gonna let y/n go?"

Jimin gulped as he didn't want to be in Jungkook's gaze, "Because knowing you, you would fight for her, but now you're just pushing her away, it doesn't make sense hyung." Jungkook softly said but it was obvious that he wanted answers.

"Look Jungkook-ah, what's the point of fighting for her when she doesn't even feel something for me?" Jimin quietly asked as he played with his small fingers. Jungkook looked at him, unable to believe his words.

"Right, the girl who brought you comic books as soon as you woke up, the same girl who went to the hospital as fast as she can."

"If she didn't have a feeling then why did she ever treat you so important?" He shakily asked, Jimin was drowning with guilt.

"She'd be happier with you." Jimin whispered.

"But then why was she so hurt hyung? Doesn't it hurt when someone you love just tells you to go away?" Jungkook asked.

"Sure, I guess the six of you already know how I feel bout her, she makes my heart flutter whenever she smiles—but can't you just give her the happiness she deserves? Because she waited for you and you treated her like she was the one who injured you."

"J-just be considerate too hyung." And with that, Jungkook had left the room, knowing he couldn't handle his own words if he had stayed there.

Jimin lowered his head, he sighed. "Don't you think my heart doesn't flutter when I simply see her?" He paused, erupting a low chuckle, realizing that he was only talking to himself.

"She deserves the world and I know I'm not that world."

"—I'd rather see her happy with you than see her in pain with me."
