Soon shafts of light sliced through the curtains, creating soft lines across the room. Namjoon woke up with a deep sigh, soon letting our a light chuckle after watching the youngers head ride and fall in sync with the movement of his own chest.

Slowly Namjoon raised his hand to shift a piece of Auburn hair that was obscuring his veiw of her tiny puffed out face. He watched as every exhale parted her lips slightly and how her eyelashes flickered and danced in satisfaction at every passing dream she was having.

After about an hour had passed, after all the nurses had been and gone; Aeryn opened her eyes, her eyelashes parting like the wings of a butterfly. She stared into the middle of the room for a second letting all the events of the last 2 days hit her like a truck.

As soon as she blinked herself out of her trance she instantly turned to Namjoon, hot bundles of tears brimming her eyes. Before she could even let the tears fall she felt herself being pulled in to Namjoon's strong chest, his arms wrapping around her like a blanket of safety. "It's okay, shh I'm here now." Namjoon said quietly in to her ear. "I'm sorry. Please don't go." Aeryn sobbed leaving wet patches littering Namjoon's shirt. "Don't worry Princess, I'm not going anywhere. I promise." He soothed his hand running patterns up and down the youngers back and scalp.

They stayed like that for a while, just savouring each other.

Later a soft knock and light footsteps of all their friends could be heard through the the room. A collective sigh of relief and embraessment was shared when the group walked in on a half giggle, half make out session; which left both involved with a light pink blush dusted across their cheeks.
