Epilogue
4 Years Later
I hated sometimes being a parent, it may suck but I loved it. "Les and Maddie Reid!" I screamed to my two cousins, Les's boyfriend was coming over tonight and Les was still not ready. We had all aged accordingly, I'm 33 years old, Derek is 39, Les is 17, Maddie is 9 and the twins are 4.
"I'm just coming!" Les screamed and I put my hand on my forehead, frustrated at Les. She was getting so dolled up it was unbelievable.
"Hey Babygirl," Derek whispered coming up beside me and wrapping his arms around me and I nearly jumped out of my skin. I felt a small smile come onto my face, ah the good old times. Derek quit the BAU almost a year ago and I'm still there.
Hotch left because of a criminal stalking him and his son, Jack. I felt so bad because they deserved to be happy. We now have Luke Alvez and Matt Simmons as new agents, Spence still works there, so does JJ, Garcia and me. Emily Prentiss is our new unit chief and I couldn't be more happy with my job. Even if it does take me away from my family.
"Woah," Said Derek and I looked up to see Les walking down the stairs, she was wearing a black romper, her hair was pulled back into a bun and her makeup was natural. She definitely got the gift of beauty. She has black curly hair and blue eyes, no wonder she got a boyfriend this early.
A knock on the door brought us out of our trance and Les ran straight for the door and she looked extremely happy, "Hey babe." She said before leaning up and kissing the guy that was at the door. She looked shyly down at the floor when he handed her flowers and I smiled.
"Definitely got it off of you," Whispered Derek and I slapped his arm. "Ow," He said a little loud causing Les to look at the both of us.
"You two can't behave can you?" She asked us and we both looked at her.
"She definitely got that attitude off of you," I said and Derek sighed wrapping his arm around my shoulder as Les invited her boyfriend in.
"Dallas, This is my auntie Grace and my uncle Derek." She said shyly, I smiled lightly.
"Nice to meet you Dallas." I said smiling lightly and softly at him as Morgan glared at him and I nudged him in the hip. "Morgan, be nice." I hissed at him and he put his hands up in surrender.
"Hi son, I'm Derek." He said and I chuckled lightly and I looked over at Les, and she mouthed a thank you to me. I shot her a warm smile in return and she linked her arm with Dallas's making me smile at the both of them and then look at Morgan.
Maddie, Hayley and Hans all came running down the stairs. The twins were crying and Maddie was trying to get them to stop crying, "Are you still sure about what you said 4 years ago babe?" Derek asked me, raising his eyebrow.
"Yep, I wouldn't change this for the world." I said as Les and Dallas's just joined us watching the kids run around having fun.

Oh my god. I'm crying, I loved growing with these characters and seeing where they will go but sadly this is the last chapter of Saving Grace. I couldn't be more happy with the way I have ended it.
I decided to let Derek drop out of the BAU like he did in Criminal Minds, but I decided Grace would carry on with her job there. I hoped you guys liked this.
