Hanahaki disease: A disease of the human system that cough up flowers due to severe one-sided love. Its infection route is through contact with vomited flowers. In order to fully recover the disease, the one's love must be fulfilled.

Your POV:

I was walking to the next class when I head someone calling out my name. "Hey Y/n, Can you help me with something?" I turned around only to find Zihao. "hey Zihao, sure what is the problem?" I asked. "well... here's this girl, Queen, and can you please introduce me to her? Since you are in the same class..."he said making me shook. I didn't know what to say, me and that girl never talked so it was kinda hard. But since Zihao is my best friend I can do this. "Sure, see U later" I responded and headed to the classroom. 

At the end of lesson, I picked up my books and went to Queen "Hello, I want to introduce someone to you" I said cleaning my throat. "I don't have time for you so show me the person now if you want to. I have other things to do better than this. "she said with that annoying tone. I wanted to tell her that I don't care about her time but I knew how much she meant for Zihao. "ok, come with me" I responded and opened the door of the classroom the boy was waiting for us. "So I'll go now" I said leaving them in the room. Something in me made me regret  my decision. I didn't want to make this. I brushed of my thought and just went to eat my lunch. 

After school:

I went to the nearby park to take some fresh air. But when I got out I saw two familiar people standing there. It was Zihao holding Queen's hand. A weird feeling spread into my whole body. I felt my throat dry so I walked back home. I coughed some time. Maybe I just watched a fever. My lungs were hurting as my coughing got harder. I walked to the bathroom of my house, with my hand at my mouth. I floral taste filled my tongue as I released my palm.

I looked inside it only to find some soft pink petals. My eyes grew wider as i jumped in surprise. What was that??? I heard about this... but only in fictional books. I-is t-this hanahaki di-disease??? No, this can't be. I ran out of the bathroom still coughing. I took my laptop and searched for anything that can treat this. One-sided love? But who am I falling for... All my thoughts faded as Zihao crossed my mind. My lungs started to hurt even more now. The petals fell all in my lap, as i tried to fight my thoughts back. 

After some days:

Every time I woke up at 2 or 3 am to cough up cherry blossom flowers, I cried for help. Why couldn't Zihao love me back. Why was he seeing me just as a 'little sister'. I couldn't escape the friendzone. 

 I changed in another outfit to go to a sleepover at Boystory's dorm. 

 I took my bag and left. 

As I arrived I noticed everyone is here so I sat on the couch and looked at blank TV screen since we were all about to watch 'Avengers'. The movie started. In the middle of the film, I started coughing so I ran to the bathroom. I looked at my hands and the petals were a bloody red. NO. This can't be. It was the last stage of hanahaki. The red petals means I'm going to die. I continuously threw up the flowers of cherry blossom with blood. "Y/n, are you ok there?" someone from the hall asked, but I couldn't respond. "I'm going in..." He said and opened the door. It was Zihao. I expected for him to scream and run away, but he came next to me on the floor and hugged me. My coughing stopped. "Why didn't you tell me you have hanahaki?" he asked and I looked down. I was now breathing normally. "I was too scared since I thought you would run away from me" i responded. " But who is the boy you fell so much for?" he said. I can't tell him... He's with Queen isn't he? But I took some courage. "it's y-you" I said as a tear flipped down my cheek. 

His figure changed. He was rather surprised than sad. "I like you too" he said but I started coughing again. He patted my back. "A-aren't you with Queen?" I asked. " I saw her cheating on me..." He said looking at the cold floor. "Im sorry for you...". But this were the last words before he leaned and kissed me.

         My love was fulfilled finally.
