Dare~part 2

~Your POV~

I ran up to the roof of the school with tears streaming down my face.

"I knew it!" I yelled. "He doesn't love me! It was all a dare! He made me believe it was real when it's not!"

"(Y/n)" (b/f/n) says. I turn around to see her walking towards me. "What happened?"

"I saw (c/n) kissing (r/n). I forgot that it was a dare" I cried. She wrapped her arms around me.

"I'm so sorry, (y/n). It won't happen again. I'm so stupid. He's a player and I forgot about that" she said. "I'm so sorry"

"It's okay" I said hugging her back. "I hate this stupid dare! He made me believe that we were actually in a relationship, that we were actually dating"

"I know. It's my fault. I thought it would be a good idea" she said. "It isn't. It was terrible idea. Now you're hurt and it's my fault"

"It's okay, (b/f/n)" I said calming down.

"Hey (y/n)!" Someone yelled. I broke out of her hug to see (c/n).

"What do you want you jerk?" I asked him.

"I'm sorry" he said.

"Sorry? Sorry? Is that all you have to say? You kissed her behind my back and you think sorry will cut it?" I asked.

"Listen to me" he said. "She went on me, okay?"

"Likely story" I said shrugging my shoulders.

"She went on me" he repeated. "I like you, (y/n), in fact, I love you. I didn't think you liked me back. I became a player to move on which didn't work. It only made me realise I want you more than I want any other girl. I tried to look for you in all of them but no one even comes close. So, will you be my girlfriend? For real? I'll change for the better, I promise"

"I need time to think things over" I said. "I'll tell you on Monday next week"

"Okay" he said. "I understand"

~Monday afternoon~

After thinking things over I'm ready to give him my answer. I slipped a note into his locker saying:

Meet me at the rooftop.

I went to my last class anxiously waiting for the bell to ring. The bell rang and we were dismissed. I went up to the rooftop and waited for him.

"Hey" He said. I turn to face him. "What do you say?"

"I think I have my answer" I told him. "I will be your girlfriend for real"

"Yes!" He yelled. "I love you, (y/n)"

"I love you too" I said.

"Now it's time to do what I do to every girl" he said stepping closer to me. He leaned in closer and closer. I closed the distance and he immediately kissed back.

He's so good at kissing.

If he ends up breaking my heart I can always turn to (b/f/n).

We pulled away breathless.

"I'm walking you home" he said. I nodded.

~7 years later~

"Do you (y/n) (l/n) take (c/n) (c/l/n) as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do" I answered.

"Do you (c/n) (c/l/n) take (y/n) (l/n) as your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do" he answered.

"You may now kiss the bride"

He didn't hesistate to kiss me. I kissed back. We pulled away and everyone cheered in happiness.

I've never been happier.
