Chapter 3

This and last chapter are just filler chapters to get the story rolling. :)

Raven's POV

I sit on the couch and wait for Brian to come to take me to my doctors appointment. Today I get checked up, make sure everything is in order with my health and such for the little one. It has been a month of pregnancy. Yeah, morning sickness isn't fun, but Brian is always there for me in the morning with a cup of water and breakfast. He comforts me with my mild mood swings. He's trying his best, I love him so much. I don't even know if I can stop loving this man. He's so supportive, and caring. He's eager about the baby more than me, I think. I'm excited for the baby, but Brian is obsessed with our child. It's cute. He already bought some clothes and furniture. He already wants to get started on the nursery. Brian walks down the hall to me. He buttons up his last two buttons.

"Hey, honey." He says to me and comes up to kiss me. He places his hand on my stomach lightly. "How's my baby." He whispers and smiles to my stomach. I squeeze his hand and place a kiss on his cheek. "Ready?" I nod and he takes my hand.

"Let's get this over with. I hate going to the doctors office." I complain and huff out.

"I know you do. At least they're not giving you shots, I know how much you hate needles." He opens the car door for me and I step in. He jogs to the other side and slips in the driver's seat. "It's okay." He smiles to me and starts the car. He starts to babble on different topics, but I block him out. I'm still tired as hell. I couldn't sleep last night. It's eight in the morning how can he be so wide awake.

"Brian?"

"Yeah, babe?"

"Can we go get coffee. I'm sorry, I just can't focus. I'm fucking exhausted." I complain. He glances at me and smirks.

"Anything for you." He says with sweetness in his voice. I swear to god he's too good for me. How did I land such a great guy. I sigh and lean my on the window. He pulls up to Starbucks and orders us our usual order. He hands me my cup along with a kiss.

"Thanks." I sip the hot caffeinated drink. I smile from the warmth and comforting taste of coffee. "Ah, coffee is so nice." I say to myself. Next, he takes me to my appointment We sign in and walk into the office and wait for my doctor. We take a seat next to each other in the tiny office. I look into the full length mirror. Damn, I look terrible. I have a horrid bun of blackness called my hair, an old Marilyn Manson shirt with a few holes, and some shorts. "Marilyn!" I whine.

"What?" He says in concern.

"Why didn't ya tell me that I look terrible." I groan.

"Because you don't. " he simply says, and sips his coffee. I sigh and sit back with him. "You know you don't look terrible, right? I like that comfy sloppy look on you." I give him a crooked smile.

"Why are you so perfect?" I kiss him. It was suppose to be just a small kiss but he continues it. He wraps his arms around my waist. I tangle my fingers in his hair. After a few kisses we pull apart. He rubs small circles on my back.

"My lady, why are you so perfect." The doctor walks in and gives us a small smile.

"Hi, I'm Dr. Gidry. How are you Mrs. and Mr. Warner?"

"We're excellent." Brian says. I nod in agreement.

"Can I have you sit up on the bed over there?" The doctor asks and points to the bed with sanitary strip of paper. I nod and hop on. We go along with my usual checkup like any other. Once done Brian and I head back home.
