Jessie's pov
This Cody guy is seriously pissing me off. Like really, who gives someone a nickname before they've even had a conversation!? I'm trying to break it to him gently that I'm not interested in being his friend, mainly through insults. But he continues to be persistent, idiot.
"Hey Jess?"
"Oh my god it's Jessie." I muttered quietly then smiled. "Sorry, what were you saying loser?" I smirked at him and he just grinned back at me. I wish I could just punch that grin of his face.
"Will you, Jess who has yet to tell me her full name, go on a date with me tonight?"
"What the hell!? Dude no!" he pouted at my response but I just stared at him like he had ten heads.
"Come on, the guys are all busy tonight, you don't want to be alone do you? We don't even have to call it a date! Just two friends hanging out to see New York!" "I'll buy the food!" he added with a wink.
I just stared at him then sighed and rolled my eyes. "Fine but it's not a date and I still don't like you!"
"Fine, I still like you!" He winked at me.
"Yeah, I'm working on undoing that," I stuck my tongue out at him.
He started walking towards the door, "It won't work, so go get ready for our date!"
"It's not a date asshole!" but he was already gone.
As much as I didn't want to take his advice I started getting ready anyway.
After putting on my underwear I put on Navy floral dolphin shorts with a lace trim along with a white flyaway lace back Hollister tank top and black ankle boots with a 6" wedge heel and a black Marc Jacobs hand bag.
I completed my look with natural makeup and a silver headband over my long straight blond hair.
