FLASHBACK
Dr. Anjali came in witness box.
"Dr Anjali. What happened to me yesterday? Please tell the court." Naira asked.
"Mam yesterday when Naira was brought in hospital. She was bleeding...I mean her lower body was bleeding. I took her to OT and treated her. Then I realised that she had a MISCARRIAGE." Anjali spoke.
Families were shocked.
"That miscarriage wasn't because of the accident. It was because of the emotional stress that was caused to her. These are Naira's reports." She continued after giving reports to judge.
"When I checked Naira properly i came to know that she was physically tortured too. There were slap marks on her face. She was mentally disturbed which lead to her baby die. It was a pure case of domestic violence." Anjali said.
"Thank you Dr Anjali." Naira said.
"Your honour I want to ask you something. What if your husband killed your child or even became the reason of your child's death what would you have done?" Naira asked the judge who bowed her head.
"Why we girls have to tolerate men like this Kartik Goenka who are just mere bloody jerk? Why we have to remain silent after getting humiliated by such families who love status and money nothing else? This man only accused me every day for nothing. He just wanted a reason to shout at me so that can tell that he's my HUSBAND. Whenever he felt like he took me in his arms just to make his night....I'm sorry....but it's true. I don't care how people feel now. Whenever he was done with me he threw me away. Whenever he was fed up from his boring life he used to come back to me just to have SEX which he named love. Do hell with his so called love. His accusations and idiotic behaviour has made me realise that I'm done with him. Now toh he killed my child. I want justice for my child. If you can't give then tell me. I'll kill this man on my own." Naira said in dominating voice.
Everyone went numb hearing all this.
"Naira I'm sorry...Main.." Kartik was abt to say when...
"Don't you dare show me your crocodile tears Kartik Goenka. I'll take out your eyes otherwise. Don't force me to do anything which I don't want to. If you did wrong with me I would have beared but you killed my child. I'll not bear this. You will have to pay for your sins." Naira said in pure anger.
Kartik bowed his head.
"You can sign the divorce papers." Judge said.
Naira and Kartik signed the divorce papers.
"Kartik Goenka is punished for 8 months." Judge passed the verdict.
Police took Kartik with them. Naira left the court. Akshara,Naitik,Naksh were shouting her name.
Naira heard that but didn't pay any heed. Finally Akshara stopped her.
"Where are you going Naira?" Akshara asked.
"Leave me alone." Naira said.
"Princess you will stay with us." Naitik said.
"I beg of you let me go. Otherwise I'll kill myself here only." Naira said.
"Naira..." Akshara said in tears.
"Mumma please let me go. I want to make my life on my own. I promise I'll be in contact with you. Please let me go. I want peace. I want to have a new start." Naira said while holding her mother's hands.
"Thk hai you go. But promise me you will call me 2 times every day." Akshara said while caressing Naira's face.
"I promise." Naira said.
Akshara kissed on her forehead. Naira left from there.
Where she went no one knew. Days passed into months. Months into years but Akshara never got any call of Naira.
