Singhania's came to know all this. They only trusted Naira.
Akshara was trying to call Naira again and again. But Naira wasn't picking the call.
Naira was lying on the hospital bed. She opened her eyes and saw doctor near her.
"Doctor how I'm here?" Naira enquired.
"You met with accident. You remember?" Doctor asked.
"Yes I remember a car hit me." Naira spoke.
"I'm sorry to say but you have lost YOIR CHILD." Doctor said.
Naira was shocked hearing this.
"My child?" Naira spoke in shock.
"So you didn't know you were pregnant?" Doctor asked.
"No I didn't." Naira said while crying.
"The foetus was just a week old. May that's why you didn't realise. Sorry to say but your child didn't die because of accident." Doctor said.
"I didn't get you Doctor." Naira spoke in confusion.
"It die because of your emotional status. You were so stressed out that your hormones were at blast. They affected your baby." Doctor said.
Naira was angry on Kartik. It was all because of Kartik and Swarna that she lost her child.
Now her anger for Kartik turned into hatred. She didn't want to live for a second with her child's murderer.
Naira called someone.
Goenka Villa.
Everyone was sitting in hall. Police came there.
"Arrest Kartik Goenka immediately." Police said.
Constable arrested Kartik.
"But my son did?" Swarna asked
"Come to court tomorrow morning sharp 11:30 am. You will come to know everything." Cop said.
Police took Kartik with them. They literally dragged him out.
"Goenka's truth will come out tomorrow." Was the news all over the news channels.
Next morning
11:30 am
Naira came to the court and saw Goenka's and Singhania's already there.
"Mrs Goenka your lawyer?" Judge asked.
"I have permission to fight my case on my own Mam." Naira said while giving papers to judge.
"You can proceed." Judge said after checking the papers.
Naira went to Kartik who was standing in the box.
"So Mr Goenka. Let's come to the point. Why you want to divorce me?" Naira asked sarcastically.
Kartik looked up at Naira and saw pure anger and hatred in her eyes.
"Because you betrayed me." Kartik said.
"Please note it your honour. I betrayed him." Naira said to the judge.
Everyone was confused that what Naira was upto.
"Maa What Naira wants to do?" Naksh asked Akshara.
"I don't know Duggu." Akshara said confused.
"Can you tell me Mr Goenka how I betrayed you?" Naira asked.
"Because of you my brother is in coma. You knew he takes drugs and you didn't tell us...." Kartik was abt to complete But was cut off by Naira.
"How you know I knew it?" Naira asked.
"Before going to coma Shubham said it." Kartik said.
"Wait Mr Goenka. I'll show you proof of my innocence." Naira spoke.
"Mam May I?" Naira asked the judge.
"Yes you can" judge spoke.
Naira played a video of her and Shubham's convo. Goenka's were shocked seeing the video.
"Yes I knew abt Shubham taking drugs. But I came to know abt it day before yesterday on Mr Kartik Goenka's birthday. I made Shubham understand to tell everyone and he too agreed but before that all this happened." Naira said in a hurtful voice.
Kartik was feeling guilty of his act.
"Then why you made Kartik arrest for a murder?" Judge enquired.
Families were shocked to hear this.
"To explain that I would like to call Mr Aman a cab driver." Naira spoke.
Aman came in witness box.
"Mr Aman do you remember me?" Naira asked.
"Yes Mam yesterday you met with accident by my car." Aman said.
"Did you honk?" Naira asked.
"Yes Mam But you weren't listening. You were walking on the road as if....." Aman stopped in tracks.
"As if what?" Naira asked.
"As if a lifeless body." Aman said.
"Point to be noted Mam." Nair said to judge. "You can go Aman." Naira said.
"Mam if you permit then I want to call Doctor Anjali to prove this man's crime." Naira said.
"Please proceed." Judge said.
