Your POV

You walked down the hallways of the school with your cheerleader friends. Today you were wearing a high ponytail, a random t shirt you found in your closet, black tights and converse sneakers.

You looked around the whole crowd if people in the hallway just to find the brown-haired boy that you loved. But every single minute, a random boy would come up to you and try to flirt with you, so your friends just swatted them away as if they were annoying flies. You thanked them every once in a while, and they responded by muttering "no problem" or "i was just doing my job".

When the first bell rang, you quickly walked over to your first class. You went inside, as the door was already help opened by the teacher. When you passed a certain desk, you slightly waved your hand and said a quiet "hello" to max. He waved back, then looking back down to take his books out. You walked past him to the desk diagonally behind him, where you always sat. You loved that spot, because you are pretty close to your crush. But you hated that spot at the same time, because a boy, whose name was probably Jack, was sitting besides you, behind Max. He was always so annoying, even if he had pretty good looks. You hated him anyways, because everytime he tries to ask you out or flirt with you, you would reject him. Even if you had already rejected him so many times, he would still try to. You put your bag down, then took your books out and placed it on the desk. You then sat down, waiting for the teacher to say something.

"Hey y/n" you hear a annoying whisper coming from beside you.You rolled your eyes in annoyance, then turned your head around. "What do you want?"you hissed at him. "For you to go on a date with me" Jack says.

"NO! FOR GOD SAKE, NO!!!NEVER!"you scream whispered at him.

Max POV

"NO ! FOR GOD SAKE, NO!!!NEVER!" I heard y/n say to jack. She just rejected him, imagine if she rejected me! Honestly i was pretty jealous of the boys who came up to y/n and asked her out or just touched her. Even though shes not mine, i still feel that little feeling of jealousy inside me.

"Jeez, y/n, you reject everyone, even this little idiotic nerd max. " Jack replied, fake gagging behind me. I furrowed my eyebrows and glanced at y/n. She looked like it was blushing, i think mostly because of Jack. Oh well. She probably thinks that im an little idiotic nerd too, or whatever that jerk Jack said.

I turned my head around so i was face to face with jack and said "Maybe you should stop trying to ask her out, she wont even like you anyways." I said to him, realizing she wont like me either. I then turned my head around so i was facing the front, ignoring ever single thing jack was muttering under his breath about me.

(time skip)

I heard the bell go, signalling that it was lunch time. I saw y/n walking over to her locker, then putting her books in. After a few minutes i realized i was staring so i looked away and walked over to my locker, which was only 2 lockers away from y/n s locker.

Once i finished putting my things in my locker i closed the locker door. Once i slammed it close, i saw y/n standing right in front of me.

Your POV

"thanks for doing that this morning" you say to max, blushing a faint pink, then looking down on the ground.

"no problem" max says sweetly and politely.

"Y/N!! are you coming yet?" You hear someone yell to you. You glanced over and saw your cheerleader friend. You shook your head and did a "wait" motion at them. They nodded their head to show they understood. You then turned your head back to face max, still blushing slightly.

"So...." You say, trailing off at the end.

"So... Are you free tonight?" He says, blushing.

"Are you asking me out on a date??" You ask him, smirking at him playfully.

"Um, i mean- well yeah, urm, if you want to."He stutters, scratching the back his neck.

"Sure!!!!" You replied, grinning like you just won the lottery. You then Hugged Max tightly, then him hugging back.

You just couldnt believe it. Your world just asked you out. !!!!11!!!1!,!1!!!1!!!!!

Extra::

You then saw jack walking there, seeing you hug max and NOT reject max. "Oh come on! Really??!"jack says, gritting his teeth.
You and Max then giggle, because, well. 😂
