Crumble

I use to stand on a flat surface

It was strong and safe

The surface wasn't divide or painful like it is today

Peace was the only feeling there

But then came that one day

Distruction damaged it

The surface was no longer flat

No longer safe nor strong

The peace was broken like me

Cracks danced under my feet

All I could hear were two individuals

They were cursing at each other

The way they were cursing

It seemed like it was how they would and could beat one another

I no longer wanted to be there

I'd cover my ears

But it was no use

The aganizing screams

Just kept getting louder

And nastier

My knees felt like twigs ready to snap

Finally they did as hot tears raced down my cheeks

Dust raised from the ground

As my knees collide with it

The ground breaks

A black hole forms underneath my broken down body

And I fall

Forever in darkness

Forever hearing the screams of the two individuals

My parents
