CHAPTER 8:

June's POV:

It's been three days since I introduced Lyn as June. Blake has been acting really weird from that day, he always smiles at Lyn and can't stand without her for at least two minutes. Blake and his followers started sitting with us in classes, at lunch and they are slowly forming a friendship bond with us. Jacob became a pain in my ass, he just follows everywhere irritating me with his pick up lines. Coming to Kenneth whenever he gets a chance he always flirts with Annie.

"Hey" Jacob called me and I wish that I had a power of disappearance.
"What?" I asked him with a frown.
"Everyone's waiting for you outside." He informed me
"Why are they waiting for me outside? It's lunch right?" I asked him to clear my confusion.
"Well, we planned on going to a restaurant, come on let's go." He dragged me towards outside.

Kenneth, Annie, and David in one car, while Shannu, Steven, Troy in a car.
I, Jacob, Blake, and Lyn are going in the same car.
Actually, I have no idea where we are going so I just keep my mouth shut.
"Lyn, why are you wearing collar shirts these days? You never like collars right?" Lyn questioned me in confusion.

To cover my scare idiot.

"Feel like wearing it," I said and smiled at her innocently, she smiled back.
"Where we are going, Blake?" Lyn asked curiously.
"McDonald's." He replied and played a song by Justine Bieber.

He is a die hard fan of Justin Bieber from his childhood, I always teased him saying that he had a crush on Justin Bieber and I laughed to myself.

"Why are you laughing Shorty?"Blake asked while watching me from the mirror.
" Nothing, "I replied and looked outside of the window.
"Lyn, can we play 20 questions?" Jacob asked me.
"Not interested" I replied with a shrug.
"Common lazy ass, let's play" He suggested and I nodded my head without any option.
"Which color do you like?" I asked Jacob
"Black," He replied
"And you?" He asked me to know more about me.
"Blue," I replied with a smile.
"Like my eyes." He commented and I glared at him
"Favorite place?" I questioned Jacob and he thought for a second and replied
"California."I rolled my eyes at him.
" Do you have a boyfriend? "He asked anxiously.

I took a deep breath and thought for five more minutes in silence to increase his eagerness.

"Nope," I answered with a smile and he seemed relaxed ...
Blake started laughing at me and I looked at him with a scowl on my face.
"No one love's a girl as feisty as you." He commented and when I was about to open my mouth, my phone started crying.
"Hello," I said to the other person in the line without watching the caller Id.
"Sweety!! How are you baby girl?" My dad asked me from the other line.
"Dad!! fine. What about you? Are you coming this week or not?" I asked with hope.
"I will try baby girl. Take care of yourself, Love you sweety, Miss you." He replied and I can say he is dying to see me.
"Love you too" I replied and the line ended.

"Your Dad huh?" Blake asked me curiously, I nodded my head and stopped myself from crying.

I will always miss my Dad and Mom.

"Where is he?" This time Jacob questioned
"California," I replied
"What about your mother?" Blake asked and my blood started boiling, my eyes can't hold the angry tears anymore and they started spilling out.

How can he ask something like that? Don't he know what happened to my mother?

"She is no more," Lyn Whispered to Blake
"I'm sorry," Blake whispered and i looked at him with so much hate.
After 5minutes of silence

"We are here, "Jacob informed me.
We all went into McDonald's. And We all sat in a corner and ordered the entire items in the restaurant.
"BBQ Ranch Burger, Bacon Cheddar McChicken and fries," Steven ordered for himself and we all laughed at him.
"I didn't eat this morning," Steven Whined at us
"Two Cheeseburgers" David ordered for him and Annie, everyone started ordering for themselves.
"Ju, What do you want?" Blake asked
"Chicken sandwich and fries," I replied without thinking.
