Lexa was sat at her kitchen table feeding a now 2 and a half year old year old Sophia some oats. Over the past year that's been and gone Lexa and Clarke had become friends but were getting more and more closer with every passing day but neither brought up the kiss that happen a year ago today on her couch, neither Clarke nor Lexa felt the need to bring it up they both knew what they were feeling.
"Mommy oat! Pwease" Sophia shouted
"Ok, ok baby hold on let me get some more on the spoon" Lexa had started a new thing helping Sophia's development where she'd scoop up her food hand Sophia the spoon so she could feed herself, the little girl wasnt so good with the scooping of the food she'd always end up knocking the bowl from the high chair tray.
As Lexa gave Sophia the spoon her phone began to ring on the kitchen counter, Sophia reaches the spoon and brings it to her mouth. Lexa bends behind her grabbing her phone and slides across to answer.
"Hellloo" Lexa says turning back to Sophia resting her phone on her shoulder so she can continue to help Sophia.
"Hey lex, Linc and Octavia want us to meet them at Starbucks" Lexa makes a funny face at Sophia as she listens "Apparently it's really important"
She gives the spoon full of oats to Sophia "oh, wait. Really important what?" She asks confused
"I know abit out of the blue but they want us down there at like noon"
Lexa takes the spoon from Sophia "ok well come on over and we'll go together besides I think Sophia wants to see her Clarkey"
"Clarkey! She come round" Sophia shouts causing Clarke to hear and then giggle down the line
"Ok be there soon"

"So why are we here, whats the important news guys?" Lexa asks her friends sitting in a booth at Starbucks.
Lincoln looks over and smiles at Octavia then looks down at Sophia in his lap playing with her teddy bear.
"Well, soon us two will become us three" Octavia kissed Lincoln and Clarke beamed at the happy couple
Lexa furrowed her brows "im not following"
Lincoln gave her a look "you of all people should have understood that" he laughed out "im sure Costia told you a little differently but come on Lex"
Everyone started to laugh in unison at Lexas oblivious state. But the it all seem to click for the dazed girl
"Oh shit you're pregnant!" she exclaimed
"Theeere you go" Clarke added with a laugh.
Clarke and Lexa congratulated the expecting duo as Sophia remained oblivious to the happy adults moving on to play with the much more interesting chain that hung around her uncle Lincolns neck.
"I better start looking for a new place" Clarke told the happy couple
"Dont be stupid Clarke we still have months until the babys born" Octavia said not wanting her best friend to think she had to leave right away
"Yeah honestly theres no rush" Lincoln said passing Sophia back to Lexa when she started to fuss, only to quiet when Lexa took a couple of biscuits out of her bag and gave them to the toddler.
