Lexa, Lincoln, Clarke and Octavia are seated around a glossy dinner table at a fancy reasurant down town. The foursome have been cracking jokes since they ordered 15 minutes ago, things have been going well for Clarke and Lexa over the past 4 months the two have been talking and texting, even going for coffee a number of times the pair getting on like a house on fire, but neither have brought up anything other then casual conversation.
"Do you remember us going to the lake house spring 2007?" Octavia beams
"That was the best day ever" Lincoln wraps his arm around Octavia and smiles looking to Clarke and Lexa
"Yeah just not as fun when we had to take clarke to the emergency room" Lexa looks towards Clarke over the other side of the table
"hey technicality that wasnt my fault if you hadnt of dared me to jump off the rock into shallow water i wouldnt have hurt my leg" Clarke fires back playfully with a light laugh
Lexa smiles widely "just because i dared you, didnt mean you had to accept it" Everyone around the table bursts with laughter at Lexas comment, Clarke puts her hands up
"in my defence i didnt know it was shallow until it was to late and anyway clarke griffin does not back down from a dare we were together long enough for you, especially to know that, I mean hello skinny dipping in your grandparents pool" She winks at Lexa who she blushes remembering that day and how she got into trouble with her grandparents because stupidly Clarke had left her panties behind out of all the clothing her grandparents had to find that,
Laugher erupts again
"oh no if you though my incident was bad, when we lived together lexa walked into the glass double doors and broke her nose" Lexa furrows her eyebrows
"um hold on, that glass was so clean i thought you shut it!" She replys laughing
"you did like to clean those glass doors alot clarke, like alot" Octavia joins, coming to Lexas defence on the matter.
"I dont like streaks on my glass doors" She shrugs "what can i say" Lincoln and Octavia join in on the uncontrollable laughs
Lexas laughs die down looking deeply at Clarke, how she would look at her all those years ago. Eyes filled with pure love. There was something about reliving her old life that felt normal even though they've become friends again she misses the times and the fun memories the pair had over the 6 years they dated.
"She was always miss clumsy I cant count how many times I had to take you to ER, because you hurt yourself in a stupid way" Clarke giggles shaking her head
Lexa rasies an eyebrow "I never heard you complain when you got to play nurse" she smirks remembering back to the countless times Clarke took care of her in more ways then one when they'd came back from a trip to the ER. Clarke blushes in remembrance, getting hot. Her cheeks a light shade of red.
Lincoln makes a disgusted face "ok, ok. I dont wanna hear about my best friends playing patient. I totally dont want those images in my head"
"yeah guys ive walked in on you enough times back in college, I dont need anymore mental images of what you used to do in the bedroom thanks" Octavia adds
Everyone around the table breaks out in fits of laughter.

Lexa stands outside the reasurant with Clarke. Octavia and Lincoln already raced off. Towards the end of dinner the two couldnt keep their hands off one another, they'd left quickly rambling about a hotel they'd booked. Neither Clarke nor Lexa wanted to know why they booked it or what they would be doing for that matter.
