Hello class, how is everyone doing? Mr. Gregory said.
We are fine sir, the class replied.
We all have this one life to live a fleeting shadow among all that exists in this vast universe, we have the ability to accomplish anything if we use our time wisely. Just like this jar, i am going to put in golf balls. Is this jar full? Mr. Gregory said.
Yes Sir, the whole class said.
Okay i am going to add in pebbles, is the jar full now?
Yes it is.
Great i am going to add sand as the last item in the jar, how about now is the jar full? Mr. Gregory asked.
Haha yes it is full, the class said in fits of laughter.
Now i want you to know that this jar represents your life, the golf balls represent the important things in your life your family, your friends, your passions and your health. The pebbles are the other important things your car, your job, your home. The sand is everything else, it is the small things. Now if you put the sand in the jar first you won't have room for the pebbles or the golf balls, the same is true in life if you spend your energy and your time on the small stuff you won't have time for the really important things that matter to you, Mr. Gregory said.
Wow i just love being in this guy's lesson it is so fun and really empowering, what do you think Jason?
I know for a moment there i thought he was going to bore us when he got a jar from his bag haha don't give me that look, Jason said.

Well, first off i want to apologize to Shaun for yelling at him today i didn't mean those words i am so sorry, i also want to thank all of you for standing by me and getting me on my feet then after graduation i am going to go stay with my dad like a vacation.

Klaus leave my fries alone, i told you not to get a sandwich you refused now deal with it, Ella i will keep in touch with you guys i won't be gone for long.
Ouch woman they are just fries, and sharing is caring you really don't want me to have some, i thought the sandwich looked yummy but it tastes bad, Klaus said.
When it comes to food don't mess with her, i have learnt that the hard way haha, Shaun said.
For a moment all i could think of were all these guys on this table, the ones who have always had my back and always understood me, Shaun, Klaus, Serena, Joshua, Nick, Ella, Mitch, Trisha, Jack and not forgetting Dylan the newbie.
Hmm Shan, i saw that smile, what did you remember or you're now going crazy girl, Trisha said.
Really now, i was just thinking about how you all make my days bright and i am happy you're my friends.
Awwww that's sweet Shan i heard Serena, Ella and Trisha say.
Obviously especially me i am the joy of the group, good vibes are my thing you all know that haha not so Dylan, Nick said.
Oh man what? Since when, you think your lame jokes get us all happy no way i would say i am the one who brings the fun in here, Dylan said.
No, no, let Trisha tell us since she's the most honest person here, tell us babe, Shaun teased her.
