Genevieve

I hope I made the right decision, Hopefully. I signed the contract as I carelessly scanned every letter written in bold-black letters.

"Great! Now get out of my face!" She grabbed the contract out of my hands and the two bodyguards grabbed my arm and dragged me to the elevator.

The elevator dinged and it opened,The elevator was filled with people in business suits busily tap on their phones. We fitted ourselves in the crowded elevator and I tried my best not to fart.

I know you know what happens when you fart in an enclosed space.

Each ding, People get out of the elevator leaving me with still of the bodyguards holding my arms.

"Can't you atleast put me down?" I asked annoyed and looked at the bodyguard to my left. I can see him roll his eyes.

The elevator dinged once more and We finally got out of the elevator. We were back in the lobby where the Van was waiting outside. They threw me in the back like some kind of object and I groaned in pain and heard the doors shut.

They really don't know how to properly place a petite girl in the back of the car. They'll be on the news for breaking a baby's neck if they ever became babysitters.

The two bodyguards got up infront and started the car, They were driving to somewhere. I don't know where. I'm too busy groaning in pain after they threw me in this car.

I can feel the car is over the assigned speed than it needed to be. This was faster than how I drive when I'm in a hurry.

Suddenly, The car stopped and my head bumped the seat and once again, I groaned in pain and agony. Maybe signing the contract was bad afterall.

As if it was actually that nice in the first place.

I heard the door opened and someone grabbed my foot and threw me over their shoulder. After bumping my head into the seat and getting thrown over someone's shoulder there's 69% chance that my blood could probably go all up in my brain.

I placed a hand on my forehead and once again I was thrown again, but this time on a softer surface. The door slammed shut and I took my time sitting up again. Once I fully recovered from what happened, I sat up and observed my surroundings.

I was in a room, a bedroom.

What

I rushed over to the window and moved the curtains out of the way and found that the window was locked. I groaned and move to the door. I turned the knob and expecting it to open but it can be only opened on the outside.

"Well, Fuck this shit" I angrily muttered and gave up.

I sat on the bed and sighed.

This is the only way I can protect my family from harm.
