"you can't just sit here and mope around like a lost cause, zach."
the rosy cheeked boy glares up at his friend and resists the urge to flip him off.
"you didn't meet her, jack. you didn't know her like i did," zach retorts as he slouches down in his seat with the off-white piece of paper in his hands. "i did. i got to see her smile, laugh, run, walk, dance, cry—and now, she gone. like none of that mattered or even happened."
jack frowns and walks over to him, sitting besides him and snatching the note away.
he looks over it carefully before shaking his head.
"you clearly don't care about her that much."
"excuse me?"
"she told you how to find her and you still haven't moved. she's out there waiting for you and what do you do? nothing."
zach shakes his head and yanks the note away from jack.
"it isn't that easy."
"but it is, you just need to actual do it."
