But suddenly I hear a knock. "Come in" I mumbled while not even looking at the door.
One of the nurses came in. "Hello" she said with a big grin. I try to smile but my face stings. All of a sudden I was thinking about him. He was the only one I cared about.
I then started to cry, then cry some more until I can see her gaze. "What's the matter?" She asks in all worry.
"N-nothing" I said while still letting the tears fall.
"If it makes you feel better I have a message from your butler " and as soon as I heard the whole sentence I looked at her . "Where?!" I say a bit surprised
She hands me a note and its reads
Dear Ciel, I miss you terribly and im heart broken that we are apart. The nurse has told me that you'll be coming back home tomorrow"

After reading the message I then start to cry again. But it wasnt tears of pain. It was tears of joy
