i don't find forever in days;
i find it in people.
so if you ever catch me staring
please don't be alarmed,
i'm only getting to know my future
a little bit better,
and if you ever find me speechless
please do not be surprised,
you're probably everything i want
and all the words
are already forming
as tiny spirals
all over imaginary paper
because i'm writing a poem about forever;
i'm writing a poem about you.
