Training: Chapter 3

About a week with Tyler and we became good friends. I was glad that he and I had so much in common, we had a lot to share. He practically  wanted me to hunt with him and become A vampire hunter. Not that I minded because if I knew all a vampires weakness I would so finish off Jeremy myself. The basement was Tyler"s safe-house it was made from silver which , had an effect on vampires. They couldn’t get near the place , so I was safe for a really long time. Tyler taught me so much about vampires I was impressed. It was like he knew everything about them. It was like , he was one of them. My mind started wandering too far. “Hey snap out of it” Tyler said while giving me a cup of hot chocolate. It was so cold it the basement probably because the silver that the house was made with attracted the cold. It felt like I was sitting in a freezer with weather like this. As the days passed with short days and long nights Tyler trained me , showed me the ropes and taught me everything there was to know about how to kill a vampire. We became really close and I thought of him as my best friend.  Tyler didn’t have any parents , that he lived alone and that no one bothered him. He also told me that his father and grandfather were both hunters and he was just carrying out this generations of vampire hunters. We hadn’t heard about Jeremy in a while so I started to worry. Was it time that he came to his senses? Did he finally realise that I didn’t need to die and that chasing me for all that time was for nothing? I thought. I wanted to ask Tyler what to do he always seemed to know a way out of everything especially when it came to vampires.  I was lying on the couch in front of the fire with my legs stretched out over Tylers lap. We were sitting very comfortably as he asked me a question. “Audree what happened between you and Jeremy if you don’t mind me asking?” he said. Well when I first found out that he was a vampire I was furious at him for lying to me. Then when I found out that he was evil I went into shoc he tried to explain why he was but I did not want anything to with him. The umpire then found out that I knew about their kind and demanded that I was killed. Jeremy tried his best to convince me to turn but I am very  stubborn so I decided to take off instead. “Wow! What a story , so you practically just  ran away?” Well, yeah. “ I’m glad you did” he said. Why? I asked curiosly “ If you didn’t run I would never have met you” he said shyly.
