Seeing the Sun : Chapter 4

I kept thinking about what Tyler told me. What did he mean by the fact if I hadn’t run away he wouldn’t have met me? It couldn’t have been anything major so I left that thought for another time.  So what are we doing today? I asked. “Well since we’ve been busy training for the last few days I thought we could go out.” That sounds like a great idea. I said cheerfully. I needed to get out of this basement, or at least out of the area. The sun was the one thing I missed while I was in there in there.

When he actually brought me outside in the light I was shocked. He had an awesome house gosh! I can’t believe that he kept me in the basement all this time. Well it was probably for protection. I didn’t want Jeremy to find me. So in a way its  a good and bad reason for keeping me in there. Anyway back to the house. Oh my gosh ! Is this your house I said chocking the words out because I was so stunned. “Yeah, want me to give you a tour?” Are you kidding I said racing to the part of the house where there was a pool. “Let’s start at the here” he said dragging me inside the house. “This is the kitchen” and this way is the dinning room” Wow! I exclaimed. The house was just breathtaking I couldn’t describe it. “Want to get something to eat?” Yeah, but what about Jeremy? He is still after me and you took all my weapons remember? I know that. “ We met in the strangest manner but I don’t regret it.” Well you tied me to a chair so I’m pretty sure I thought you kidnapped me. “Funny story you know but if  you want to see what is out there you need to take the risk.” “Besides you have me I’m not called a vampire hunter for nothing” he said flashing one of his perfect smiles. True, let’s see what you can do then. So where are we going Mr I know everything?  I said giving him that you better be right looks. “Don’t worry Audree I won’t let anything bad happen to you.” “I will protect you” he said honestly. I waited next to the driveway for Tyler to bring the car out.  As he came out I froze with my mouth open at the car. Wow! Was all I could say. “Get in, lets go” I got in the car listening to some weird song that came on the radio. Tyler and I looked at each other then bursted out laughing. How could the lyrics to a song be this dumb, it didn’t even make sense. Driving pass all the places I’d been weeks ago I remembered the good times.
