Finally the day was here, I had thought to myself as I had grabbed my bag of keys and placed them around my hips. "Am finally, going to ask daddy" I say out loud with one of the most determined faces. But was interrupted by a small giggle that came from my bed side, " if you keep making that face lucy they going to think you having trouble pooping" said a small blue head girl who is are kingdom librarian and also who I considered to be my best friend said. "well thank you, Levy for the support" I tell her while sticking my tongue out towards her.

I made my way towards the door knowing Levy would follow me, " so Lucy your 18 now, you know your of age so umm" I stop walking hearing that Levy had stop talking and I knew why. It's been the same reason she has been around me even more then usually " so what?" I ask Levy wanting her to finish her sentence, even if it was going to annoy me afterwards. "your dad going to find you a prince soon" she says with sadness and almost regret. I let a puff of air out of my nose before grabbing Levy so she could face me " I know that why I got to do this" and with that we continued to make are way down the main hall.

Unfortunately we didn't make it far, since Levy feet had magically got glued down to the ground once we pass by the garden were some of the knight were taking a break in the lawn. I could see Levy eyes glued onto one of the knight who sat far from the others under a tree playing with a black cat. His face was cover in piercing but not in those crazy ways you would see some people do. His long thick black hair was pulled back in a silver, black bandanna, that matched his armor. Knowing that Levy had like the knight since he had arrive I gave her a small smile and nodded my head towards the knight.

Seeing that she shyly made her way over towards the knight I continued to make my way over to my destination. I was greeted by many of the maid , knight and butlers that was there doing there job. "good morning princess" greeted me a pinked head girl who for some reason requested to work with chains around her wrists. "oh good morning Virgo, have you seen father " I had asked her once she was done bowing "am so sorry princess I don't know were the king is" she said while taking a whip out of no where "punishment" she say with what seem to be hope in here voice "wh- wha -where you get that whip from?" I ask her in shock "I always have a whip, now punishment" she ask me again "No, why would I give you punishment for." I yell towards her in confusion.

"It because I couldn't help princess" she says I just shake my head at this girl logic before dismissing her to go do something else that didn't involve me in it. I had finally made it to were I was wanting to go from the very beginning, and there he sat my father Jude Heartfilia King of the Kingdom Fiore. He sat there on on his throne listening to what are messenger had to say about the people and their needs. I had decided that my presences was yet not important so I just stood there by the door waiting for them to finish.

"Thank you Leo, that Will be all for today" I hear my father say to an oranges, brownish colored haired person. His haired was spiked up in all different types of direction but still some what in a style. He wore a black suit, and also glass, he was good looking for a messenger. He just gives my father a nod and a bow before exiting but not before stoping in front of me. "oh well goood morning princess" he says with a bow "you look beautiful today" he tells me with a wink

"Leo, leave my daughter alone and go on with you work" I hear my father say from were he sat at. "As you wish, your majesty" he say giving both of us a bow before leaving but not before whispering to me " I hope we can talk again princess". I just shake my head at the way this man acted and made my way over to my dad.

"Good morning daddy" I tell my father with a smile, "good morning princess' he tells me as he steps down from the throne he sat on to give me a hug. "what is this time?" he ask me with a raised eyebrow. I just giggle at the reaction my dad just gave me because the look he just gave me DOES NOT suit him. "look dad, I just turn 18 and soon you going to throw the biggest ball of the century for..." I pause not really wanting to say the words that were going to come from my mouth. "...me to choose a prince" I say trying to sound happy about it even though I wasn't.

"Yes, I know sweetheart. We have everything we need here. Your dress will be here soon and they will start with decoration soon too. So you don't have nothing to worry about," he tells me like a proud father. "I Know that, it just there something else I want" I ask him hoping this time he'll say yes. "what is?" He say looking at me "Iwanttoleavethecastleforthenight" I say in one breath. "what was that?" He ask with a confused faced. I just take another deep breath before repeating it again " I want to leave the castle for the night" I say in a soft voice.

"No" he say quickly "but, da.." I try to say but was quickly caught off by him. 'No, Lucy I can't." "we have talked about this and you are the heir of this throne and so if something were to happen to you i just couldn't ..." he says looking at me with pleading eye. "but dad I will have knight with me, so what could happen to me" I say in hope it will change his mind. " I don't care your my daughter and the last bit of family I have after I lost your mother I promised her to protected you no matter what." he tells me with a strong voice "so you going to keep me here forever'" I shout towards him 'if that what I need to do then I will" he say turning his back on me saying that are conversation was now over.

I leave his room slamming the door behind me, I could feel all of my maid and servants eyes on me but I didn't care right now I had only one thing on my mine and I was going to get what I want. I walk past the garden and I could see that the knights were getting ready to go back to work, each of them giving me a respectful bow and that Levy was making her way back over to me with the black cat in her hand. Hey Lucy, meet lily she says while putting the cat closer to my face. "hey lily" I say while petting his head. "so how it go with your dad?" Levy asked me once we had start walking back to me room. And that when I remember my plan for tonight.

"We leave tonight" I tell her seeing a shock expression on her face "and we might need a knight so bring your new boyfriend" I say with a smirk. "HE NOT MY BOYFRIEND!" I hear her scream from behind me already knowing her face was red as a tomato. Tonight is going to be fun.
