Erza Pov

I watched him, how his face would scrunch up as he went over the ideas for Lucy party tomorrow. Every now and he would smile when he would get the right one, running of to the short man who was the main designer. I thought it be a perfect time to walk in with some snack, that I had made. I stood behind a very large pillar with a tray full of snacks, my finger shaking slightly at the thought of me going up to him. Just as I had made my way up to him, something had caught my eye. I saw a piece of blond run past, I let my eye shoot towards the window, just in time to catch a piece of Lucy blue dress. She was by herself again. I felt my head shake slowly but I let her go even after all of my common sense told me to go with her, but I couldn't: today might be the last time she see that pinked head boy. Tomorrow she will be so busy it be hard for her to even catch her breath so she won't be able to get the chance to see that boy. I felt my heart heavy at the thought, but soon was brought out of my depression by a certain voice.

"Erza?" I had shot my head towards the direction my name was called to see a smiling Jellal looking at me. "Are those for me?" he ask while pointing towards the tray of food in my hand. I feel the heat rise in my cheek, as I stared at the beautiful man before me, I could feel my mouth being hung down low. It was probably touching the ground by now. "ummm ye-ea-ah the-sse-se are for you" I say in the most squeaky voice. I could see him look at me with a sparkle in his making me blush and hided even more from his gaze. "I-i-i thought you would like these" I say while shoving the tray into his arms, I hear a chuckle come from. "Thank you Erza" he says in a soft voice before I feel him grab my hands in his and placing a kiss on it. At that moment I felt all the blood being drain out of me and I could have passed out right there and then.

But sadly my thought of going to heaven was again interrupted by that sweet angel voice of his. "Erza will you be at the princess ball?" He ask me while placing down the tray of food. This time I didn't want to be seen as a idiot so I let me brain take control. "Of course I will be here I work here beside am the chief of the castle so I be the one cooking." I say this time with no stutter, and in a regular voice. I see him look at me, with what seem to be disappointment. " so you'll be working, huh" he says with a huff. "I was really hopping to dance with you" he says with a sigh this time.I felt my heart beat so fast, "yyyou, want to dance with me" I say with stutter. "well of course, you to pretty not to dance with" he says with a chuckle. "ummm, as soon as am done I could dance" I tell him with a blush.

I hear him get up from were he was sitting and make his way towards me, before I had felt a hand on my shoulder, I feel myself blush even more at the contact, before I feel him place his hand under my chin and lift up my face to look at him. I let me eyes travel up to meet him only to come eye to eye with only having a few centimeter of his face away from my own. I let a small screech leave my mouth at how close he was, before I see him lower his face, and let his lips hover over my ears. "Make sure you wear something red okay,....It would look best on you" he tells me with a whisper before letting me go and going back to his table full of papers. I stood there dumbstruck at his action.

BY now my face was boiling hot and probably matching my hair. I let me words stumbled over my tongue a little before answering. "yess, okay" and just as I was about to run out I hear him call out to me. "Erza!" I turn around to see him picking up one of the small snacks and bringing it to his mouth. "yes, Jellal" I say while holding on to the door. "Thank you for the snacks" He says with a smirk. "your welcome" I tell him in a small voice, just as i was about to leave again he calls out to me. "Erza I will be looking for you tom morrow" he say with a wink. Making my heart beat even faster and my feet react on there own. I feel myself run and run, not really know were I was going but away from him and before I knew it I was standing in front of my own room.

I push open the door and let me tired body lay on my bed, letting my heart calm down from the crazy day I have been having. Once I had let myself calm down I was hit by that blue head boy words. "make sure your wear something red" I feel myself slowly start to get up and make my way to my closet. I swing open the door to see many of my old knight outfits, and my new recent bought aprons. But nothing in there seem to be good enough to wear for the ball, I have tomorrow to go into town and look for a dress but I can't. I have to help the main chief with the biggest dinner I have ever cooked. But maybe I can sneak out just for a hour to buy a dress and come back. No one would even notice. Beside Lucy wouldn't mind.

It set am going to get that dress and and have fun at that dance, I just hope Lucy is going to be fine. With that on my mind I let sleep take over.
