She Beautiful

***Natsu Pov***

        I could smell her. That sweet smell of vanilla, that had its own special touch to it. It still lingered in this beautiful forest, mixing itself with the smell of pine cones and the wild flowers that grow around here. It had filling me with joy, my nose was filled with this smell, I wanted more: I need more. I jumped from tree to tree letting my claws scrap the woods, marking my property. Yes, I was being an animal but my beast side was taking over. I need my girl, she had to be beside me and the animal with in me didn't like the fact that she was so far away from me. But tonight I will have her by my side, she will come visit me with a basket of food and Happy by her side. 

        I start to walk my self back to the river hoping I could catch some fish and surprise Lucy later when she came over. I let my wings catch some air soaring high over all the trees and seeing the tiny things that were under me. I could see everything from the smallest house to the big castle that sat at the highest point of the village. The closer I got to the river the less I could smell anything beside the smell of fresh water and the wild animals that lived over here. I couldn't wait to have a big salmon in my stomach, and then try to cook one for Lucy. I really hope she doesn't bring that red head beast with her, she ruined it for me last time. 

It was midday when I had finally caught five fishes, minus the ones I had already ate which was like three. I had picked them all up, before flying off carefully hoping I wouldn't drop one. One at the my small wooden house I had places the fishes on the cleanest plate I could fine. I shift myself out of my beast form into a my human form, making my whole room fill with the sound of cracking bones trying to put themselves in the right places. Once I was done with that hurtful process, I start to prepare the meal I wanted to give to Lucy. 

I started by cleaning the fist before blowing my hot fire breath on it, a perk of being a beast am my own fire. Once I had all of the fished fried did I thought I was ready until the smell of fish was clearly on me. I quickly find the cleanest clothes I could find on before running out to the semi shower I had made inside of my house. I bring three bucket of fresh water and place it under my fire, letting it heat up a little before jumping into the shower, I grab the warm water and start to bath. Once I was done I rapped up the now cooked fish placing it safely into a basket I had borrow from some travelers who never took it back once they saw my beast form.

I place my shirt softly on the floor before letting them pierce my soft skin making me wince at the pain, I could feel may tail start to pock it way out before finally finding its out of my pants and wiggling itself freely around in the air.I could feel the scale start to surface itself thought my skin and my claws starting to overpower my human nails, and I could feel a sharp sensation coming from my gums, it finally pointing out sharp white fangs. I was complete, I carefully pick up my shirt careful not to rip it and in my other hand did I place the basket.

I quickly start to flap my wings making me fly into the air, I was flying fast dogging the trees in my way, not letting anything stop me; I wanted to see Lucy and noting was going to stop me. I was about a foot away from the spot we have been meeting the past few day. I quickly slow my wings down before quietly butting myself onto the soft ground. I place my beast back with in me, letting my human form show. I place my red shirt on and placing my white scarf over it. I grab the basket and start to make my way over to the tree. 

The wind had started to blow, making the scent of vanilla and cat hit me. I felt my pace move even more quicker, as if my body knew what awaited me. I was just a few steps away from the tree but even from there I could see her beauty glow. She stood there in a simple blue dress that hung just a little bit lower then the knee, a pair of silver flat and on her head sat a very happy, Happy. A Smile quickly landed on my face I start to approach her some more. She wasn't facing my direction she was looking at the bright city lights, a smile was plaster on her face as she stared out onto to the full of life town. A place I will never be excepted for who I am. I quietly lay beside the old oak tree loving the view that laid before me, she was just perfect, a master piece that shouldn't ever be changed.

I lay the basket beside the tree before I slowly and quietly approach her, "Its beautiful isn't it?" I ask making her jump at my voice. I see her turn around holding onto her chest and horror was completely shown in her eyes. I coudn't help but laughter at her express even after she start to beat on me. "pinky what your problem scaring me like that, I almost had a heart attack!!!!" She yells into my ear while beating me on the head. Making me laugh at twice as hard at her, until I grab on to her wrist, "but you even more beautiful"  I tell her with a smirk. Making her blush and hide her face from me. "sh-sh- shut up, you pinked head bastard" she stuttered out making me smile twice as hard at her cuteness.

I let go of one of her hand as I dragged her my the hand to the tree where both of our basket sat. I see her look at my basket in surprise, it wasn't a new basket but still it was something. "is that yours Natsu" She ask me while pointing at the basket, I just nodded my head at her proud of the little food I could make. "what is it?' she ask me, I could see her scrunch up her eyebrows up as she stares at the basket. "its...fish...I cooked it myself" I tell her shyly. I could hear a small giggle come from her making me shy away  even more, "That's cute, you can cook" I hear her say in a amazed voiced.I turn to face her to see her already looking at me with a big smile on her face, one that made my heart skip a beat and my stomach do somersaults. She beautiful.  

She pulls me me towards the baskets and start to pull out all difference types of food, from her basket and reached out for my basket pulling out my smoke fished, giving one to happy and eating the other one herself. She happily sat there munching on the fish, telling me random thing every once in a while showing me her amazing smile, one where she would throw her head back and let the area be filled with her laughter. we sat there for what seem to be for hours, until there was nothing but silence and the soft sounds that came from a sleeping Lucy. I try to wake her up, quietly saying her name but it seemed that she was already past the deep zone. 

I quickly gather her things seeing that happy was already laying on her lap, I had decided to shift letting my form take over I carefully pick Lucy up, making sure not to scratch her or worse wake her up and her seeing me in this beast form. I place the basket at the edge of my finger tips and adjust Lucy in my arms so she nor Happy would fall off.I let my wings pick up air and follow the sweet smell of Lucy perfume, which had leaded my to a place I had least expected. The castle.

I continued to fly pass the gate, the guards  and finally at one of the highest room. The window was open letting me perfectly swoop in and softly place Lucy down. The room was nothing special, but the strong smell of Lucy was in here and it an amazing sensation to my body. I drop Lucy fragile body onto the soft bed, while I took off her flats placing them nicely by her bed side. I pulled the cover over her thin body , instantly I saw her snuggle into the blankets. Happy not to far from her head laid happily curled up into a ball. 

I couldn't help but smile at their cuteness, I softly placed a kiss at Lucy head before jumping out of her now closed window, letting the wind guide me home. "goodnight my princess" I whispered into the night.
