The moment between the two only lasted a few seconds, but it was sweet.
A deep blush sprinkled the young boy's cheeks at the realization of his actions.
He let a man 10 years older than himself kiss him.
And he liked it.
Blake was the one to pull away.
"You should go find your mother, I have work to do," he stated, watching the flustered teen move away from him.
"Whatever," Aiden mumbled.
He was confused.
More than he probably should have been.
Leaving the man to his work, Aiden followed the hallway to his mother's office.
Not bothering to knock, he walked in and collapsed on the leather sofa across the room from the desk.
"Whats wrong with you Aiden, I hope you didn't have an attitude with Mr.Lisk,' she warned, noticing the sour mood of her son.
"I didn't, I just want to go home," he grumbled.
"Good," was all she said before working again, ignoring the teen's complaint.
Silence settled between the two.
Only the sounds of rustling papers and typing on a keyboard filling the room.
Aiden's mind went back to Blake.
Yes, he engaged the kiss to happen and didn't fight against, but now he was unsure.
He was the kind to get attacked easily when it came to that kind of thing.
It had hurt him in the past and now was no different.
The man had interested him.
His touch.
His soft lips.
He felt the feeling mutual.
Blake seemed okay with it.
Though they'd only met, Aiden wanted more.
He wanted to get closer to the man.
Fighting against his hormones and inner feelings, Aiden was too much in his own mind t notice the source of his struggling had entered the room.
Only taking notice when Blake's deep voice echoed the room.
"I'm afraid you are going to need to go to Japan for a few months for some meetings," Blake explained to the woman, making her and the teen stare at him in surprise.
"I would go myself but I'm needed here, and you are perfectly qualified. Everything will be paid for and your salary will be doubled over this time," he continued.
Aiden was asked to leave the room for a few minutes and instructed to go into Blake's office across the way.
Doing as he was told, he kept his eyes down and left the room.
He entered Blake's office and was met by a chill.
The room was cold.
The windows were covered by deep red curtains that blocked out the sunlight.
Unlike his mother's bright office, Blake's was dark.
The lights were on, but it still held a cold atmosphere.
Aiden pulled the sleeves of his sweater past his fingertips as he walked the book-lined walls.
The room consisted of a mahogany wood desk in the center, a few chairs in front of the desk, and two satin sofas on either side of the room.
