2 months later

Blinding sunlight shined through the open window of the bedroom that protected two from the harsh outside world.

One sound asleep and the other filling out business forms on his mac.

The sound of the keys being tapped filled the room.

Minutes ticked by, and the younger of the two stirred awake.

"What time is it?" the teen asked, his throat sore from the night before.

"Just past noon," Blake said, reading the time on his screen.

Humming in response, Aiden stretched out his sore limbs.

Grabbing his phone from the bedside table, Aiden texted his mother, telling her he was doing well and nothing had been going on, though that was a lie.

Within the two months, Blake had become extremely attached to the teen, always having Aiden spend the night and visit after school.

The teen was happy to give in to the man's requests.

Finding himself at Blake's house more than his own.

"It's Saturday, why are you working?" the younger asked, stretching his arms over his head, letting the blankets pool around his bare waist.

"Just some things I needed to fill out before an important meeting Tuesday," Blake explained, setting the mac on his bedside table.

They stayed in bed until Aiden got a call from Kassity, saying he had to meet her for lunch or she would attach him Monday.

While Aiden pulled on a pair of distressed jeans and ticked in one of Blake's shirts he snagged from the large walk-in closet.

"I'll talk to you tonight," Aiden smiled, pocketing his phone and keys, kissing Blake on the cheek.

"Okay baby, text me when you can," Blake said, walking Aiden to the front door, locking it behind the teen.

When Aiden arrived at the cafe, Kassity was sitting in one of the booths toward the front.

The blonde was staring down Aiden as he took the seat across from her.

"I'm here," Aiden huffed leaning back in his seat.

A smirk danced across the girl's bright red lips, "Were you at Blakes again?"

Kassity was the only person outside the two males that knew what went on between them, well to a certain point.

Heat rose in the boy's cheek as a gave a nod.

But a purplish mark barely visible the girl's neckline made Aiden snap right out of his shyness.

"You're one to talk," he grinned, reaching over and touching the mark.

Slapping his hand away Kassity pulled her top up a bit more.

"Okay, you know that really shy girl in our literature class, Emilia, with the curly brown hair and  bright blue eyes?"

"Yeah."

"So, I needed help with some work and she's really smart, so I asked her for help and when she agreed we went to her place. Her parents weren't around and one thing led to another and we ended up on her bed and yeah," Kassity explained with a wide grin.

Aiden stared at the girl wide-eyed.

He knew Kassity swung both ways, but Emilia was even quieter then Aiden.

She was timid and nearly never talked.

But it didn't speak for much because Aiden was in a relationship with a man ten years his junior.

"Well, that's something," Aiden smiled.

The two talked while they munched on fries and sipped tea.

"So, the reason I wanted to talk to you is because, guess who I saw at the mall?" Kassity asked, all seriousness taking over her pretty face.

Aiden was taken back by the sudden seriousness.

"Who?"

"Peyton," Kassity said in a small voice.
