I don't want to know
how much time I've lost
waiting but never acting
I don't want to know
how much time I've lost
not wanting to let go
I don't want to know
how much time I've lost
seeing but not believing
I don't want to know
how much time I've lost
hesitating to live
And I don't want to know
how much time I've lost
being to too afraid to jump
But most of all
I don't want to know
how much time I've lost
trying to fit into an impossible mould
How much time have I spent
morphing and contorting
to become someone who isn't me?
I don't want to know
how much time I've lost
I don't want to know.
