A world unlike your own

Unlike most poetry, this book has had multiple voices. Each poem told from the perspective of a different character. Some fleeting moments, some developed characters from novels I've been working on for years. And then there are the few that are my own.

I found that, in a year of hardships, this book could be an escape. And I guess that's why updates have been so few these past months. Because life has finally felt... right. For the first time in months I have been happy, and so any poetry I have felt on my tongue felt out of place within this book. Which is why I have decided to end this book. This chapter of my life.

I will in the next few hours publish my new poem book "The Difference in Tomorrow". Lighter and quite possibly more profound, this book will be solely (at least I plan for it to be) told in my own voice. If that is to change, you will be made aware within each chapter.

Thank you all for your kind words and patience with this book. Thank you for your reads and your faith. I hope that perhaps you will continue this kindness with my next book.
