Savannah, Georgia
Akaiya had fallen asleep during the ride, but the bus had came to its final destination.
"Last stop! Savannah,Georgia!" yelled the bus driver.
Akaiya had awoken with the bus driver looking at her, she was the only person left on the bus. She quickly grabbed her bags and stepped out of the bus to look at the apartments in front of her. One of her cousins were nice enough to volunteer and pay the rent for Akaiya until she got a job, or when 7 months were up; whichever came first.
"Ummm..now where is apartment 202?" She walked around the apartment complexes until she found it. She unlocked the door with the key her cousin had given her, and let herself in. The apartment was decently furnished with sofas, a TV, a mattress and bed post, and almost every other basic household furnishinf all she had to was put her belongings where they well, belonged.
45 minutes later..
"Ugghhh! I'm finally finished, that took a lot longer than expected." she said satisfied but well exhausted. As she was just about to plop on the bed when she heard a knock at the door. She walked to the door and slowly opened it, and in front if her stood a handsome gentleman with gorgeous blonde hair and a jawline and plump lips that were undeniable. He was standing with what looked like obvious store bought chocolate chip cookies.
"Hello, who are you?" she asked the gentleman.
"Well my name is Park Jimin and I'm your neighbor. I live in apartment 205 with my roommate. I also have other friends who live around these apartments too, maybe you'll get to meet them one day. Well anyways, what's your name?"
"My name is Akaiya. Akaiya Johnson."
"Well Akaiya, my friends and I are having a party this Friday. Would you like to come?" he asked with a warm smile.
"Sure. It'll help me get to know my neighbors a bit."
"Well, I'll get out of your hair. Bye Akaiya." Jimin waved goodbye and walked away.
Akaiya thought Jimin was cute but, she could have sworn she knew him from somewhere but she brushed it off. She could only wonder what his friends were like. Akaiya felt exhausted, the clock read 7:34pm but she didn't care. She walked to her room and plopped in the bed and went to bed.
Little did Akaiya know, Jimin would soon be here co worker. This new beginning would soon come to a dreadful ending, depending on how she played her cards.
