We had sub groups.
To do the work on farm
(I forgot to tell, I wasn't really strong for that kind of farming, I was the fragile dude)
It wasn't very long before I got the attention of ladies. I was the TDH guy- Beardless but fresh😎."You're so cute"?
A voice from behind said
I was scared to look behind to check the lady that spoke and I wasn't sure she was referring to me, we had real cute guys on farm too and I wasn't used to people telling me I was cute.
I knew I wasn't that bad but I wasn't sure of myself, I'd look into the mirrors and see some faults in my face, pimples, receding hairline etc
I kept on walking and working
(Okay, I wasn't working on farm, but to avoid looking backwards, I needed something to distract me so the person would move on).Ta Ta.
Felt a tap on my shoulders.
"Hey cutie!"
She said
(Eye contact with people scare me away, got shy to reply cos that greeting was unexpected).
I was expecting her to say sth but she stared at me waiting for response.
"Hi"
I said.
(I had no choice but to Hi)"You like keeping to yourself,
You hardly talk to people here on farm
Talk to me!
Start a conversation"Hearing this from her, I felt like hitting a button to make me disappear but I wasn't some alien, had n choice but talk, relate with her.
Don't know how I did but I think I did okay.
She helped me work on talking to people and mixing with people, getting to know them, relate with them.
