Lumine's POV

2 hours later...

How am I going to get out of here before we reach Terranevo? Quinn obviously gain his witch powers from my father. I won't be able to fight him off like this. Maybe, I can cut the ropes off my hands and legs. But, how can I get out of the van without making any sound...?

Lumine scanned his surroundings. A pile of thick ropes and heavy bags lie next to the van door. Dried blood stained the walls of the vehicle, leaving a sickening feeling in Lumine's body. A window was left open across from Lumine. The fresh, forest air rushed into the van.

Perfect

Lumine transformed into his puppy form, the ropes slipping of Lumine's soft fur. Lumine ran toward the window and jumped out the window, unseen by the the kidnappers. The fluff ball crashed into the hard pavement of the road. He rolled harshly across the road, scrapping and bruising his fluffy fur and skin. The van continued to drive away, unaware that their prey is missing. Lumine finally stopped rolling on the the hard floor and slowly looked up. He watched the van drive away till it was nothing but a dot on the street.

"Free...dom." Lumine said happily.

Lumine transformed back into his human-ish form, laying down under the hot sun. He gently sat up, aware of the burning pain dotting his entire body. But he got up anyways.

Lumine saw a sign a few feet away from him. It said that Terranevo was in 6 miles.

"Ugh." Lumine sighed. "Headquarters is an hour away!! And I can't transform into my wolf form or somebody will see me! Why is life so cruel?!"

Lumine walked into the shaded forest next to the road. He speed walked towards the direction back home.

Kody... I'll be home soon.

Kody's POV

Resting quietly on the scratchy tree, Kody opened his eyes. The bright sunlight shined onto his tanned face. Kody sat up, holding on to the tree for support. Once he stood up, Kody brushed the dirt and grass off his clothes.

After getting settled, Kody started running towards to mountains in the distance. Kody was determined to get to Lumine. Then, he saw a dark figure flash by the trees beside him. Kody stopped running and observed the area.

Strange... I could've sworn I saw something..

Suddenly a pair of hands wrapped around Kody's body and covered his mouth. Shocked, Kody tried breaking free from the figure's grasp.

Shit!

The figure removed their hand from Kody's mouth only for Kody to feel a sharp pain on the side of his neck.

Then everything went black.

??? POV

The figure looked down at the unconscious boy on the forest ground. They smirked.

"It must be a lucky day for me. The boss would be happy to finally get the cursed boy. Too bad his son couldn't get him."

The stranger hoisted the witch boy on his shoulder and vanished in a glowing fire.

Yes this is short and I'm sorry. I can't think of anything to write. :/  Plus I've been busy with my new comic. Hope you liked it though!
