Adele's POV
I'll be your girlfriend " I say and his cute dimpled smile appears on his face
He pulls me into a hug and I hug him back, the smile on my face not dropping. He releases me and his lips press softly against mine and I don't hesitate to kiss him back
We hear a knock on the door and we pull away from each other, a smile on both our faces.
"I'll get it. It's probably Madison" I say and stand up walking to the door
I open the door and my smile drops almost instantly
"Jordan? "
"Hey" he says smiling

"Here" I say handing him the glass of water with shaky hands
"Thanks" he says smiling and I force a smile at him as I sit down on the other couch
"What... Why are you here? " I ask glancing from him to Michael and back
"For you and... "
"This is Michael, my boyfriend " I blurt out cutting him short and I don't miss the look of shock on his face as my palm goes over my mouth immediately after my sentence.
"What? " he asks
"Um.. This is Michael, my boyfriend " I repeat, my voice barely audible enough for even me to hear
"That's me" I hear Michael say and I look at him to see him smiling at Jordan
"Ah.. Hey.. " he says dropping the glass on the small wooden table beside the couch
"You are? " Michael asks
"Jordan.. I'm Jordan" he says giving a smile that doesn't quite reach his eyes
"Oh cool. Nice meeting you" Michael says
"You.. You too" He says looking at me and standing up "Um.. I should take my leave now" he says and I stand up too along with Michael
"Okay bro. See you sometime later" Michael says
"Yeah.. " Jordan says and Michael nods and walks into the kitchen
We don't say anything until...
"Ah.. It was good to see you " he says smiling and I can tell its forced
"Jordan, I'm... "
"Well I'll be going now " he says and walks over to, and out the door, shutting it behind him
I sit down slowly on the couch, my lips parted open and I still can't register what just happened.
Michael walks into the room, plopping down next to me and taking my hand in his.
"Life's going to be great, I promise " he tells me smiling and I force a smile at him
"Yeah... "
