I keep forgetting this guy's name but this guy is probably one of my favorite old cartoons :')

apparently it's a Japanese anime called Tottemo! Lucky Man

:') the guy basically looks like Ultraman but when he isn't, he's just a little kid with the most horrible luck. Like legit look at his hairstyle- (btw he's the dude on the left)

the tiny comic was of what Lucky Man always says- not really sure. He'd say 'lucky' and 'cookie' then after that, he pulls some random thing out of nowhere like a fan.

i feel really bad for the bad guys because they just look like flashy, normal people :') then on one of the episodes, one of the villains got their head shaved accidentally because of how Lucky Man was holding the fan
