I wouldn't really call it a cover but it looks like one of those colored pages you'd see in manga :')

got to love me some manga

I decided to choose green because a certain shade that I really liked (which was the color of his shirt) o-o

I kind of messed up with Valerian's hair because I accidentally chose a color that was too light than the overall thing so I covered it with another green marker

you really don't know how I'm trying to put these Crayola washable markers/highlighters to work :')

The eyes were of an orange highlighter + orange crayola marker (I used the orange highlighter as the highlight cause- why would you ask?)

Valerian's shirt was of a green pip-squeak Crayola marker. (If you just let the ink bleed on the same spot, the shade is a little darker.)

The background color was of a green washable Crayola marker. (The ink spreads horribly so I had to go over the background once more)

Valerian's tie was of a green Magic Pen marker. (Those magic pens are kind of funny v7v)

The fading effect on Valerian's gloves and the blood near his closed eye was done by an almost dead Sharpie ^7^/
