Your POV

Fuck.

"It's nobody, mom." I answered.
"Yeah, so you were talking to yourself on the telephone?" Mom said sarcastically. "I'm not stupid, (Y/N). Who was that?"
"A friend from school." I lied.
"I don't recall seeing anybody named Noodle in your class list."
"She's from another class."
"You're friends with some girl in another class that speaks something other than English?"
"I–uh, yeah."
"Awww my girl is making friends at the first day of school! I'm so proud!"
I forced a chuckle. "Yeah, tried to do something new you know?"
My mom chuckled as well. "Well have fun with her in school!" she cheered.
Before mom left the door, I swear I heard her say:
"She better be straight."
-------------------------------------------------------
"Try to see myself what goes on.
Make it up myself, I'll never.
Always told my thoughts aloud,
then another day I shut up—"

I woke up to the loud ringing of my alarm and turned it of. It was a good choice to make Punk the ringtone.
I did my morning routine, and made my way to the door, about the leave for school.

"(Y/N)." said a voice behind me.
I turned around to see Jake.
"Who really was on the phone?" he asked. "I mean come on, no offense but I don't think you'd be able to make a new friend at the first day."
"Yeah, I know. I wouldn't think so either. I'm surprised mom even believed me." I laughed. "Anyways, you will not believe who I just got along with."
Jake raised an eyebrow.
"Noodle." I whispered.
"HOLY SH—"
"Be quiet! C'mon let's talk outside." I said, putting my hands over Jake's mouth.
He nodded his head and we made our way outside.

"Give me the tea." Jack commanded calmly.
"Alright, so, I was stopping by the record shop down the street to buy Gorillaz's new album, and I bumped into this hot-ass lady." I explained. "She then passed by me and I froze and she looked at me and I stuttered and complimented her shades and ran away."
"Sounds like something you'd do." Jake laughed.
I laughed along and continued with my story. We managed to finish the story just in time as we arrived the gate of my school.
"Alright, Jake. See you later!" I smiled, waving at him.
Jake smiled and waved back. "See ya!" he chirped.

I turned to face my school and sighed.
Here comes 8 dreading hours of boredom.

??'s POV

(Y/N)~
Having her for our bass player is the perfect opportunity for me to get close to her.
She's beautiful. Her smile, and how cute she looks when she blushes...she's perfect.
Hopefully Mudz is dead by now.
That's what I've been wishing for for the longest time, anyways.

Your POV

I tap my feet impatiently, watching the clock as the longer hand is closing to the time of dismissal.

C-c-c-c'mon..

RRRRRRRRING!

As the clock strikes 15:00, all the students make their way to get out of school as soon as they can.
I went over to the rendezvous spot where me and my friends usually meet before walking home from school.

"Hey guys!" I smiled, seeing them make their way to the spot.
"Sup, girl!" Kyanna cheers as she runs and gives me a hug. She's all about hugs for some reason.
"Hi, (Y/N)." Veronica smiles.
"Yo." Lou greets.
My smile slowly faded away as I saw Lou.
How should I tell this to her.

"You ok?" Lou asks, noticing that I was staring at her with a sad face.
The sad face turned into a sad smile.
"So, you guys know how my parents are stupidly homophobic, right?" I ask.
"Oh, jesus christ. Don't tell me they don't want me with you." Lou groans.
"I wish they wouldn't be such dullards." I sighed, rolling my eyes. "I'm really jealous of you, Lou."
Saying that made friends look at me with big eyes.
"(Y/N), are you a lesbian too?" Lou asked.
"I—uh, let's go home. It's gonna rain." I said nervously.
"Oh. Ok." Lou shrugged.
-------------------------------------------------------
"Ok, see you guys tomorrow." I said, making my way quickly inside my house.
I didn't even turn my back to see them say bye.

"(Y/N)." said my dad from the living room. "Come over here."
I felt a chill go up my spine.

Shit. What does he want from me?

"H-hi dad." I stuttered.
"Noodle, huh?" he chuckled, looking at the newspaper.

Fuck. My dad knows Gorillaz. I'm screwed. Goodbye world.

"Isn't she out of school?" Dad asked.
"Well, yeah—"
"It's ok. You don't have to lie to me." he said, putting the newspaper on the coffee table. Dad stood up and looked at me. I felt scared. He spread his arms open and—

"I'M SO PROUD OF MY ELDEST GIRL!" he exclaimed, hugging me so tight it could lead me to death. "BEING FRIENDS WITH A CELEBRITY IS JUST AMAZING! AND FOR SOMEONE AS INTROVERTED AS YOU, no offense, IS JUST A HUGE STEP UP!"
I wasn't able to hug back, because my arms were trapped by the tight grasp of my dad; I didn't really think of hugging him back anyways.

"Thanks, dad." I sighed in relief.
Thank god I'm not in trouble.

"Does mom know?" I asked.
"I'll talk to her." Dad answered, still hugging me.
"Ok. Can I go to my room now?" I asked again.
"Sure."
"You're still hugging me."
"Oh, right." Dad chuckled, letting go of my arms which are probably purple from the loss of blood circulation from that deadly hug.
"Good job, girl." Dad said, patting my back. He then went back to his seat and closed his eyes. He's probably going to take a nap.
"By the way, (Y/N). You're ungrounded."

Hearing that, a big smile formed on my face.
I ran to my room, grabbed my phone, and dialed Noodle's number.

Another call; here we go.
