Chapter 10

Hazel's POV:

We kissed. It was so powerful and gentle all at the same time. Whenever he kissed me I got this weird feeling in my stomach and I definitely felt sparks.

Once we pulled away there was kind of a moment of silence. Not awkward silence, a very comfortable silence.

Nash's POV:

Okay, this is the time. The time where I need to ask her. But, is she going to say yes? We've only known Eachother for a little while but I feel like we have known Eachother for so much longer. I finally get the words out after about 30 seconds.

"Hazel, I know we've only known Eachother for a little while but, I feel like we've known Eachother for so much longer. Will you be my girlfriend?"

She paused for a second and I slowly felt my heart break. Ugh I knew she wouldn't say yes. I should've never-

"Yes. Yes I will be your girlfriend!" she said happily.

The words I have wanted to hear from her for what seems like forever.

After she answered I just felt the need to kiss her. I leaned forward and our lips touched. More fireworks. I have never kissed anyone like this. It's almost like we fit together like two puzzle pieces.

After yet another perfect kiss, we had to pull away sometime.

"Nash, can I see that vine app you became 'famous' on?"

I knew this was going to happen. There's nothing wrong with her wanting to see some vines but I just didn't want it to come between our relationship. Hopefully it doesn't.

"Sure." I said with a little smile.

I unlocked my phone and opened up the app. While I was showing her some of my vines we started cracking up.

After I showed her most of my vines we got a little hungry so we went downstairs for a snack.

Hazel's POV:

When he asked me to be his girlfriend I got caught a little off guard but, he was right. It does seem like we've known each other for so much longer than we actually have. After I said yes I saw his face light up and he kissed me. Again. The perfect kiss that made me get butterflies in my stomach.

Ever since he told me he was famous I have wanted to see the app he said he became famous on.

"Nash, can I see that vine app you became 'famous' on?" I asked.

He ended up showing me some of his videos and they were actually really funny. I got a good laugh out of them. Also, he had lots of followers so obviously other people thought he was funny, too.

I began to get hungry so Nash and I went downstairs to get snack. We got some Oreos and milk. Oreos are pretty much the best cookie invented.

We shared the Oreos and milk and soon it was 5 so I had to go home to eat dinner.

I said goodbye to Nash and his family and began to walk down the sidewalk to my house.

When I walked in the house it was silent.

"Hello?" I yelled throughout the house. No answer.

I made my way into the kitchen and found a note on the counter.

Hazel,

I hope you had a good time at Nash's house! Kaleb went to a friends house and your father and I went out to dinner. You have the house to yourself until around 9:30. You may invite a friend over but, if it is a guy you are not allowed to go upstairs and you must stay in the living room or kitchen.

I didn't want to be home alone and really the only person I knew here was Nash. I got the home phone and dialed his number.

"Hello." said someone on the other line.

"Hi! this is Hazel. Is Nash there?"

"Yeah I'll go get him." I heard someone yelling Nash a couple times and some footsteps running down the stairs. Soon I heard Nash's amazing voice in the phone.

"Hey Hazel" he said

"Hey. I was wondering if you wanted to come over cause it turns out my parents went out to dinner and my brother went to his buddies house. also, I don't really want to be here alone." It was true. I was never very fond of staying home alone. Especially in a new house.

"Sure. I'll be over in 5 minutes, okay?"

"Yep! that'll be great. See you in 5!" I hung up the phone and went to sit down on the couch. I got on netflix to find a show that Nash and I could watch together. The Walking Dead seemed like a good one. I liked it and I was pretty sure Nash would like it.

Sorry this is probably a really bad update. I just wrote this up really fast because I'm about to go to sleep and I wanted to update by tonight.

There was a lot of drama tonight about a high school party and stuff (I wasn't there lol). Cops, alcohol, breathalyzers...

Anyways, comment some names that I can use in a chapter coming up.
