A Week Later.

I wasn't feeling it today. I woke up late for class and decided to completely skip my first class. I knew my professor would be disappointed but I'd make it up. It was horrible because this was officially the first day of the semester but i wasn't feeling well at all. My nose was runny, my throat felt scratchy and i had a massive headache.

After my first date with Damien which was about two days ago. I came down with the flu. He blamed himself because after our date, we chilled on the roof of his apartment building. As much as the weather was changing there was still a slight chill in the air and because Maya made sure i wore some skimpy outfit, i guess i did catch something. As horrible as i felt, i wouldn't change that experience for the world. I really like Dame and at this point he proved himself to be something special. He treated me with such respect that it felt foreign to me. I forgot that this is how a girl should feel around a guy. My nerves managed to stay at bay and i was relaxed the entire night.

Damien took me to this fancy Italian restaurant because that night we spoke i mentioned that it was my favorite cuisine and it was his to. After we ate, we went to a local art show, which made me like a whole lot more because art was a secret passion. I loved that it wasn't your typical dinner and movies. We headed to his place afterwards just to chill out some more and i loved the fact that he wasn't pressing up on me. We ended up on the roof, gazing at the stars and talking. We didn't kiss and i was ok with that. It really felt good having someone be so interested in me. He was asking me a million and one questions and without giving away too much, i gladly answered them. We had a lot in common. A lot of similarities in our personalities to. When i found out that he was an Aries as well, it made sense. I really wish that i had that warm and fuzzy feeling now but i had a headache and my throat was killing me.

As i walked into the building where my next class was, i spotted Maya. We had Calculus together.
