****Abbey's POV***
Ellie went to go and give everyone else a hug so I went to give Charlie one. I pulled him into a hug with Adam.
"It's been good getting to know you. Take care of Ellie." I told him. "I'll see you on the outside."
"Our two stay strong in here I know you can do it. You're made for each other."
"Thank you."
Ellie came back in flood of tears and joined the group huddle we had formed.
"You're amazing and you'll be fine on the outside. Go and get to know each other more."
"You two stay strong in here then. I can't be dealing with you two coming home separately."
"We'll try."
Ellie and Charlie then had to leave and we watched them walk away. Adam wrapped me into his chest as I watched them walk out of sight.
"Miss you already."
"Miss you too hun."
We then had to get back into our formation before with Megan and Wes still in front with Georgia and Sam.
"Georgia and Sam, Megan and Wes, you're not quite safe yet. Your fate now lies in the hands of your fellow Islanders." Caroline announced. "Islanders you now have the chance to save one couple. Georgia and Sam or Megan and Wes."
"Islanders you must now decide as a group who should remain in their couple in the villa."
"I think the best way to do this is for each couple to go around and say their pros and cons for each couple." Josh said.
"I'll start then." I said. "I'm Georgia's friend and I have been from the moment she came in. I know we haven't been getting along the best these past couple of days but I wouldn't want to see her go. But then I feel like he's more into their relationship then she is."
"In terms of Megan and Wes. I don't like her and we'll never be so I wouldn't exactly be crying if she had to go." Adam said. "She's made some bad comments about us and I feel like she's not as loyal as he is. But then Wes is a good friend of mine in here and I wouldn't want him to go."
"For me I think that Wes and Megan have really been tested in here and I think we should now give them our faith." Jack said.
"But then I think Georgia and Sam just need more time." Old Jack said. "They haven't even had a chance to know each other yet."
"There is fundamental issues with them though." Josh said. "They don't even know really if they like each other."
"I feel like we're split." Laura said. "For me we believe Megan and Wes are the stronger couple but we believe in Georgia and Sam's potential."
"Islander have you come to a decision."
"Yeah."
"So who would you like to save?"
"It wasn't an easy decision and everyone put across good arguments for both couples. In the end we had to go for who had more of a chance on the outside world." I told Caroline. "So the couple we would like to save is Megan and Wes."
"Congratulations Megan and Wes you've been saved. Please join the saved couples. Georgia and Sam you haven't been saved by the public or your fellow islanders. Therefore you cannot stay in Love Island as a couple. This doesn't have to be the end of your journey though. It's either split up and stay in the villa or stay together and leave. Before you make that decision I can tell you there are two new boys and two new girls entering the villa today and if you split up you will each date them. You will decide who to couple up with in the next recoupling but it will not be each other."
