A lot of people, myself included though I went back and changed it, have OC's that are literally perfect. Here are some examples:
Badass Bombshell OC; can kick literally anybody's ass without any training whatsoever, perfect shot despite having never shot a gun, doesn't scream or cry when in pain because 'they've felt it all before'.
Now, my OC Grace Parker used to be like this but I went back and changed it because it's just NOT BELIEVABLE.
FIGHT ME— no wait I can't fight someone save me OC; always up for a fight, has no damn chill, can't actually fight, everyone has to protect them every four seconds, literally like
"GIVE ME YOUR FUCKING MONEY!" Petunia Harkle screamed, running full speed at John Murphy. John stared at her in surprise, as he had just been standing there, for once, minding his own business.
"Sorry, what did I do?" John asks.
Petunia slaps John across the face, stomps on his foot, then lays on the ground screaming. "Bellamy!!! Help me!!! John hurt me!!!"
literally. what. the. fuck.
The Clarke OC; takes every single one of Clarke's lines, basically removes Clarke from the entire plot, becomes Wanheda, kills Clarke
Clarke is an essential character. You can't just remove her.
The 'I Know Everything About Everything Before Anyone Else' OC; has more knowledge than Raven Reyes, who grew up learning what she knows and doesn't just know it from reading a book or attending Earth Skills (which is apparently the only class on the Ark), takes lines of others to make the OC appear smarter even though the OC never had knowledge of the topic before
The 'I Only Exist to Be in Love with My Love Interest' OC; doesn't do anything besides have sex with the love interest, literally always around them, literally doesn't do anything for themselves
The 'I Know Everyone Immediately Even Though Nobody Understands How' OC; has been best friends with Clarke since she was six but lived on Mecha where Clarke probably never went, always knew about Octavia being a second child in the Blake complex but never said anything, knows both Finn and Raven even though they have never spoken, once kicked Murphy's ass on the Ark because how else would you introduce him, etc.
JUST STOP DOING IT. NOBODY IS PERFECT. STOOOOOPPPPP.
