There's a very good website that stilestastic recommended to me to use for trigedasleng. It's called trigedasleng dictionary and it has every episode from season 1+ listed. Every time someone speaks trigedasleng, someone translates it.
I also found some others that might be useful if you're using a Grounder OC, or just an OC who likes speaking trigedasleng.
