A DRUM ROLL WAS HEARD before 16 names were presented on the large screen. Mia squealed in joy when she saw her name written in bold white letters. She wrapped her arms around Aiden, jumping in joy. "The next round will be on shortly."

"Hey," Hearing a soft feminine voice, Mia turned around to see a beautiful blonde haired female walking up to her with a smile. "You must be Mia. My competitor." The brunette smiled, shaking her extended hand.

"And you must be Dinah." The two stared at each other intensely before they burst into a fit of laughter. "I wish you luck." The two nodded at each other before the blonde walked away. Mia continued to converse with her mates until it was her turn.

"PLEASE WELCOME MIA MITCHELL AND DINAH BLUE!" The brunette pecked her mates cheeks before walking onto the stage, mic in hand. "Dinah will be singing first." The beautiful blonde grabbed her mic and stood at the centre of the stage and began singing 'Perfect' by Ed Sheeran. Mia applauded her new found friend before flashing her a grin when she saw her smug look on the blonde face.

"I'll be singing 'Emotions' by Mariah Carey." She heard the music teacher from Devenford prep gasp along with some other student singers. They all knew it was a hard song but one look at her twins at the side, her confidence grew and she opened her mouth to let those emotional words out of her mouth.
