Altair

"What the hell do you mean you can't find her?" I yelled throwing a lamp into the wall.

"I-I'm sorry sir. We looked everywhere but there's no trace of her anywhere." The boy said shaking.

"Where is the last of her scent picked up at?" I asked

"The c-cliff sir."

I picked up the coffee table and threw it into the wall. The wood splintered and broke at the impact of the stone wall.

"The cliff?" I roared.

"Y-yes sir."

"How did she even get out?" I seethed at him.

"I don't know sir." The small boy quivered in fear.

"Find our now!" I roared.

My precious Kyl'maya is gone.

I let out a scream in frustration and began to throw stuff at the walls. A knock on the door interrupted me.

"What do you want?" I seethed.

My right hand man, Giuseppe, came in the room.

"Doing this won't help you find her Altair." He said running a hand trough his dark brown hair.

"It will help me feel better." I kissed at him before chucking a book at the side of his head.

He narrowly managed to dodge it.

"The last place she was seen was when she was with that dog Xerxes. One of the guards said she was running somewhere after, to the clock tower. Which explains how she got out." He told.

"Well lets go take a visit to Xerxes then." I said throwing the next object which happened to be another book.

"Wait. My trackers also found a part of her hoodie in the forest. They said it looks like she tripped and it got caught. They also added it seemed like she was running from something."

"Running from something?" I question slipping off my suit jacket.

"The speed and rate of which everything happened I mean. Let's go." Giuseppe opened the door and we began the long walk to the dungeon.

"What do you think it was?" He asked

I raised an eyebrow at him.

"Why she ran I mean." He added.

"We are about to find out." I pushed open the double doors to the dungeons and stalked over to Xerxes room.

I pushed the door open and stepped inside the silver lined with Giuseppe behind me.

Xerxes looked up at us with a snarl. I chuckled and rolled up my sleeves before waltzing over to him.

"Kyl'maya is missing and I believe that's thanks to you. So, we can do this the easy way or the hard way." I said standing directly above him.
