"He called it Apex." I told Jax, Giovanni and Altair.
When Altair handed me the map I knew that I would be able to figure this out. The three bases looked like they could be a square but it wasn't finished.
"Continue." Jax said.
"A pyramid has an Apex, and it's in the direct center at the top." I said.
"Okay but aren't there three bases?" Giovanni asked.
"That are known, but five in total. Basically what I've come up with is that the base that has Maya is in the center of the four." I said.
"But how exactly do-"
"Hush Jaxton let me finish!" I told him.
"Okay, Okay."
"When you look at the bigger picture, aka the map and the three known bases, you can tell." I said before rolling the white board with my drawing on it.
"What is that?" Jax snickered.
"Oh let her talk." Altair said but I could tell he wanted to laugh too.
"I strongly dislike both of you." I glared playfully.
I took a green marker off the desk.
"When you look at how it's set up, in an almost square shape you could look at it as a triangle."
I drew a line connecting the parts in a triangle.
"So it's easy to think that maybe the Apex would be in the middle of these three."
"But-"
"Shut up!"
I almost threw the marker at Jax.
"But I'm just saying because that makes a pyramid too technically. I remember a pyramid having three sides." He said
"I think you need to go back to school. You're talking about a triangular prism." Giovanni laughed
"No it was like a triangle pyramid I'm telling you."
"I know what you're talking about but that's not the case because it would have to be an equilateral triangle which as you see it is not." I told Jax.
"Oh."
After that he didn't say anything so I continued with my little speech.
"As I was saying, when the factor of there being five comes into play, you add a base at the corner and then find the center and boom." I said.
