I drive and drive until we get to the house.

I park it randomly and get off. I slam the door and open the back. Sam follows me to the side of the house.

On the side of the house is a really pretty bench that's a bright white color. It seems to never get dirty, but today it looks gray. I sit and Sam sits next to me. I just curl up and cover my face in my knees.

Sam nudges my arm.

"Sam. Not right now." I say.

He nudges me again.

"Sam." I say fustrated.

Nudge.

I look up and its Christian.

"Hey."

"Hey." He sits next to me.

He stares at me and I just stare back at his brown eyes.

"Jake wants to know what to do with the walker girl." He says breaking the silence.

The girl. I totally forgot about her.

I get up and start walking back to the car and see Jake holding the bag over his shoulder.

"Put the girl down." I demand. I barely even recognize my own voice.

Jake puts her on the ground softly and she starts to squirm.

Grrr.

The girl growls and moans.

The whole group crowds around.

"Why did you bring her back?" Christian asks.

"I saw you."

"What?" He looks all confused.

"I saw the same thing in her eyes that I saw in your eyes when you were a walker. I think she just has a harder time changing back to her human self."

I pull the bag off and the walker squirms.

I kneel down next to her and she gnaws at the rope covering her mouth.

"Cassidy I don't think you should be that close." Jake says grabbing my shoulder.

"Jake. Trust me." I say staring straight into his eyes. He looks at me then nods his head. He pulls his hand away from my shoulder.

I turn back to the girl and I stare at her eyes. One is blue and the other is walker color. Red ,yellow , and black.

I touch her hair and it seem as if she hasn't washed it since this all started. It's all greasy and hard. Her clothes have blood stains. Her face looks gray.

"I'm Cassidy." I say.

She wiggles her fingers trying to get loose.

"I will untie you once you change back to your human self. Okay."

She stops gnawing on the rope and just stares at me. Her eyes look around and they stop at Christian.

"Christian come over here."

He walks over and kneels next to me.

"This is Christian." I say to the girl.

She closes her eyes.

We wait and wait.

She opens her eyes and they are both bright blue.
