"Where do you think she is going?" Ariel says.
"Just let her be." I say. Then I notice it. She didn't have the knife still in her pocket.
I open the door fast and look around.
Where did Alaska go?
Pain strikes my body and I'm soon kneeling on the ground holding my side. Ariel screams.
Alaska pulls the knife out of my side.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know it was you." She says kneeling down.
She takes the pillow case off the pillow and covers my aching side.
I just stare at her. She is crazy.
She puts pressure on my wound and I can tell it stopped bleeding.
"What the hell did you do that for?" I say getting up holding my side.
She just stares at me.
"Why do you keep doing that!" I yell.
"What am I doing?" She says calm.
"Staring at me." I say.
"Your like me. I have only met one of us and that was my father. He died." She says getting up putting the knife on the desk.
"Why did you stave me?" I ask.
"I thought you were bitch that brought me here. Sorry but I don't want to be here. I want to be with my kind. Our kind." She says.
"And what is our kind?" I ask.
"The human beings you call walkers. I would rather live with them then with you monsters." She says.
"You got this all wrong Alaska. Those walking man eating freaks are the monsters. We aren't bad people." I try and explain.
"Yeah right. Just think about it for a god damm second. Those walkers were good people and they are good people. That's why they died because they were good. Everyone alive is bad, and if you say your good that means you don't have that much time left so enjoy it. Me and you, we are stuck in the middle. We are good and we are bad. That bitch that brought me here is bad and that's why she is alive. She is gonna live forever." She says.
I just stare at her this time.
"How old are you any way?" I ask.
"15. I'm just short."
"Well Alaska. You have been named perfectly. You look beautiful and nice like Alaska , but your cold and harsh just like Alaska." I say grabbing the knife from the desk and walking out of the room.
I walk to the side if the house where Cassidy, Jake, and Ariel are at.
"So do you think she should stay now?" Jake says.
"Hell no. She is too crazy to have here." Ariel says.
"I think she should stay." I say.
"She did that to him. You can't keep her here." Ariel says pointing to my wound.
"She did that to you?" Cassidy asks.
"Yeah."
"Then she stays." Cassidy says.
