Chapter nine

I am sooooo sooooo sooooo sorry that it took so long to update. My mom forced me to do summer school and with band my life has just been..oof. Here's chapter nine. Hope you enjoy. 

Recap:

"I'm so glad Izuku has friends like you..growing up, Izuku never really had any friends.. So I'm just glad he's found some as loyal as you guys," She spoke softly. Looking to her son.

Todoroki squeezed Izuku's hand a little harder. "I love him so much...I wouldn't be able to live without him," He said, his tone extremely soft. His eyes held love and concern. He looked at Izuku who was sleeping peacefully. There wasn't a frown on his face. Just pure relaxation.

Kirishima looked at his best friend. "He's like a brother to me. I wouldn't trade him for the world," Kirishima said. His normal loud tone was gone, replaced by a soft and quiet tone.

Chapter Nine:

Izuku

"I'm so glad that I could live to see the day where we all are pro heroes!" Izuku said. His friends stared at him with confused expressions.

"But..you didn't live," Kirishima said. Izuku stared blankly.

"What do you..." His voice cut off as he noticed blood dripping down from his wrists. "What..?"

Everything went black again.

None

Izuku started to stir causing everyone's eyes to shoot towards him. But then he went still again. Making no signs of waking up. Inko sighed. "Come on baby...please wake up soon. We all miss you and I don't want to lose you," She cried she sat in a chair her upper half leaning over Izuku's bed. In her hands she carefully...ever so carefully held Izuku's hand.

Kirishima was not in any better state. He sat on the chairs falling asleep again. He tossed and turned in the uncomfortable chairs.

Todoroki..well...he was the worst of them all. His hair was disheveled. His clothes were a mess. He sat in a chair right by Izuku's other side. He held Izuku's pale hand in his own. Rubbing circles on it with his thumb. He was still whispering soft gentle words in Izuku's ear. He had tears streaming down his face. He hadn't stopped crying since he was rushed to the hospital.

About a week and a half later...
Izuku stirred, his green eyes finally opening. He looked around the room and noticed his mom.

"M-mom?" Izuku's voice was raspy and quiet. Her eyes shot open and she looked at Izuku. Then burst into tears.

"Oh, Izuku! I thought I lost you forever!" She cried.

Kirishima and Todoroki walked in with three cups of coffee. Todoroki looked at Izuku, the coffee in his hands was dropped to the floor as he practically lunged at him. "Zuku!" He yelled giving him a hug. Izuku hugged him back with just as much force, even if he did feel a little weak.

"Damn, I love you so damn much, why would..why?" Todoroki asked pulling away slightly.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," Izuku muttered that like a mantra as he clung to Todoroki.

Kirishima got over his shock and walked over to Izuku. "It's okay Izuku, its okay," He murmured.

Inko went to get the doctor in charge of Izuku's case. "I see you're awake young Midoriya," The doctor spoke as he entered with Inko. "That is very good news," He checked Izuku's vital signs. After informing Inko and Izuku about therapy and medication, he left.

"I'm sorry...I was being selfish..." Izuku said quietly. "I wasn't thinking about anyone but myself...I really am stupid..."

"No, no no no, Zuku. Don't say that..." Todoroki squeezed him lightly for reassurance.

"Izuku my dear..everything will get better. You just have to give it time," Inko said softly squeezing Izuku's hand a little.

"I know mom...Just..sometimes it doesn't seem that way.." Izuku said as he yawned. He closed his eyes and his breathing became slower, evening out. Signaling he fell asleep.

Todoroki and Kirishima were ordered by Inko to go home and get some rest. The two of them had not left the hospital since Izuku was brought there.

"Izuku, how are you feeling, really?" Inko asked him.

"Better than I have in a while..." Izuku said quietly.

A week later

Izuku and Todoroki walked hand in hand into class. They had made their relationship final and public.

Later that day as they all were sitting at lunch Monoma walked over to Izuku. Word had gotten out that his mom found out by Inko what he'd done to Izuku.

"I just...wanted to apologize for what I did to you...I was being stupid, selfish, and mean..." He said. Izuku couldn't say anything it was like his mouth was glued shut.

"If that's all you came to say, then you can leave now," Todoroki said, noticing Izuku's discomfort. With that, the blond turned around and left. Todoroki put his arm around Izuku's shoulder in attempts to comfort him. Izuku leaned into him closing his eyes. After lunch, they all went back to class. When that was over they decided to play games in the common room.

With Izuku

Izuku walked into his room, Todoroki followed shutting the door behind him. "What did you want to talk about, Zuku?" Todoroki asked. Izuku patted the spot beside him on his bed.

Izuku leaned into Todoroki. "I love you Sho," (A/N: Sho: Izuku's nickname for Todoroki)

"I love you too Zuku," Todoroki said he began to slowly lean into Izuku who was slowly leaning into him. Soon their lips met in a timid kiss that slowly began to grow passionate. Todoroki tangled his fingers in Izuku's soft green hair. Izuku locked his hands around Todoroki's neck deepening the kiss.

The common room

"Has anyone seen Todoroki or Izuku lately?" Kirishima asked. There was a chorus of no's. "I wonder where they are," Kirishima voiced his thoughts.

"Let's look for them. But where to start?" Uraraka said.

"I'd say let's try Midoriya's room," Iida said. "They might be talking in there. We all are kinda loud," He finished. Kirishima, Uraraka, and Iida headed to Izuku's room.

Izuku's room

Todoroki ran his tongue on Izuku's bottom lip asking for permission. Which was gladly granted by the smaller of the two. They battled for dominance. Todoroki pulled Izuku closer deepening the kiss even further.

"AHHH MY EYES!" Kirishima yelled as he opened Izuku's door causing Izuku and Todoroki to break apart. Kirishima ran back to the common room yelling about how his innocence was officially gone. Iida and Uraraka stood there before walking with red faces back to the common room. Izuku and Todoroki were the worst. Their faces were more red than ripe tomatoes.

"Ummm...so that happened..." Izuku said turning to face Todoroki.

"Mmhmm," Todoroki hummed in agreement. He could still feel Izuku's lips on his. "Damn good kisser," Todoroki mumbled. Izuku blushed even harder but smiled.

"So are you," Izuku said before kissing Todoroki again. "I love you," Izuku mumbled into the kiss.

"I love you too," Todoroki replied.
